Absolute disgrace of a company and terrible customer service.

Different people answering simple query so email chain is massive for no reason. promised call backs three time without success.

Order lost (which is fine, it happens) but wouldn't cancel order and refund money.

Ordered a different phone as I need it to travel and they are now going to ship the original phone as well and make me return it.

I'd love to speak to someone in person about this but they put their phone number offline so it's busy and don't ring outwards.

the price of the phone is only relative if you don't receive it, spend a few extra pound and buy of a reputable company and STAY AWAY from Quick Mobile Fix!!!
