I don't want to do this - but I've had no contact in three weeks and no indication when the phone is coming



...I need this phone in the next 3 days or I'll be contacting Redbridge Trading Standards and a small claims court after that if I really have to.

But if it comes quickly I'll happily delete this review.

And yes, I've messaged you on your chat app, emailed customer service and used your complaint form so I don't think there is any reason that you won't be aware of this message.
