I cant even begin to write how devastated I am and...

I cant even begin to write how devastated I am and how disappointed my son is!! they have had my ipad for almost a month now! which was supposed to be repaired in 48 hours as they claim! I have no idea how they communicate but they keep asking for the password and they disabled the phone then they need the icloud password to reset the ipad which I didnt have a problem with so I could just get it back!! between every attempt is about a week.. y the time they figure out the password is wrong it takes them a week to email me!!! I email them back on the spot or call them! last thing was i gave the person who answered the phone the icloud ID and password and he confirmed on the spot that it is the correct one and i should have the ipad in 2 days time!!! so almost a week later, i get an email requesting the icloud ID and password!!!! seriously I dont know what they are thinking but excuse me!! anyway, i reply telling them that I have already provided someone with the info.. then i get a reply asking me to confirm the email so they send the ipad.... then I do!!! then i get an email asking for the ID and password so they can carry on!!!! so i am not sure what this is? some kind of silly joke? or what!! and of course I cant get through their number at all..... not to mention that i have asked them to call me on diff occasions since that I am unable to get through to them! so now im left here with my disappointed son, being a terrible mum that promised her son that he will have his iPad back in 48 hours... and its almost a month and i have no idea where his iPad is!! and if this is some sort of spam or joke!
