They were late to send out a phone, took two weeks...

They were late to send out a phone, took two weeks longer. They sent a phone where you couldn t hear anything. I returned promptly. This was all in March this year. They have received the phone back but did not give a refund when they said they would. They then ridiculously said i would receive it by 24th July. To this date 8/8, they still have not given a refund. They are thieves and have been reported as such
