Ordered a Samsung S7 edge on the 13th October with...

Ordered a Samsung S7 edge on the 13th October with an expectation of dispatch within 10 days, after 2 weeks there was no sign of it and therefore decided to cancel the order. Was informed I would be refunded within 14 days however this is now the 17th November and still no sign of the refund .
Thankfully ordered by credit cart
