I have nothing but good things to say about the company and their customer service levels. The phone arrived within 2 days and when I accidentally ordered another phone in error they were happy to refund me. I didn t ask them about this as I was going to sell on the phone but when it came up in conversati N that I had purchased it by mistake they offered to cancel my order. Everything went really smoothly and I am very happy with my new phone.
