AVOID, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a used IP...

AVOID, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a used IPhone 6s in September 2018, when I received the phone it was faulty and the screen was unresponsive. The phone had a label saying checked by a technician before dispatch which indicates poor quality control.

I emailed customer service and returned the phone for a full refund instead of processing the refund I was sent an email saying your phone will be repaired and sent back.

I called customer service many times "very difficult as no answer the call" finally spoke to someone who confirmed i will get a refund. I received an email advising me I will receive a refund in 14 working days and i am still waiting, it's been over a month.



I have advised the company I will pursue my refund via the small claims court. Total headache dealing with this company. I will say it again AVOID.

# RESPONSE - MISS LEADING

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AFTER 41 DAYS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I WILL UPDATED MY POST ONCE MY REFUND HAS BEEN CLOSED OUT.

#UPDATE ON 21.11.18 - STILL WAITING for my refund, i was informed by QMF they cannot refund my money back to my card and can ONLY transfer the money directly into my bank account, QMF refused to issue a cheque. I gave my bank details on 13.11.18, received and email from QMF account team advising the refund will finally be resolved on 20.11.18. Obviously the QMF failed again.
