Still waiting on the 11th working day they say email us and dont reply say have a chat on txt dont bother texting bk not happy at all will not be using them again just had a response to my rating they said just email our customers care team and thats the boss maybe he should try they rarely respond still waiting after 15 working days asked for my money bk they said it will take 14 working days what a joke in this day in age just spoke to them and they said after waiting from the 27 of Feb would ld have to wait yet another week what a joke company never dealt with such idiots my advice is dont bother they are a joke
