Bad at all!

Bad at all!
I needed to repair my XS Max phone because it fell and with the rear glass broken, through Tim Next.
It was 3 weeks before they sent the shipping note, I had to call Tim 8 times and send 3 emails!
then finally the arrival, the shipment and after 2 weeks, this morning I was sent back, paying 138.00
I wish I hadn't received it back !!!
my phone was one and a half years old and it WAS intact (apart from the glass to be repaired).
They destroyed me !!!!
He scratches all around, glue extends from the repaired glass, ruined the whole camera and flayed, LCD that could fall at any moment because not fully inserted into its seat !!!
Even to the touch it can be seen that has been done with the feet, furrows and glass chipped palpable !!!
I hope to resolve soon ... I have already contacted my lawyer !!
Can not such a thing !!!

Relying on them because of the contract with the media world, I was frightened by the extremely negative reviews of the other users.
But with great joy I must say that I have changed my mind. From the sending of the documentation to the time of the call with communication of the day of the retreat, half a day has passed (from the evening to the lunch of the day after).
The collection took place 2 days later and 7 days have passed after which the phone (huawei p20 lite) has been replaced with a new one.
From here it follows that the company is serious, but professional staff unfortunately have to deal with the corporate policies of the various producers, each of which has different policies in terms of customer support. In particular apple and nokia are very "closed", samsung and huawei instead are much more free and allow the repair totally free.

I found myself very well, the cel is fine and it is perfect tt, the box of course I had sent with the cel did not come back to me (but I had put a box of the old cel).

I state that I am very meticulous in terms of smartphones, I had my Samsung s8 picked up by courier (tim always safe) because following an accidental fall the display broke, withdrawn on 11/27 returned today 1/12 (only after 5 working days !!) in PERFECT condition like new, they didn't just replace the glass but the display and central body, while the back is still my original, the phone is perfectly assembled, I don't intend to take the test diving because I prefer not to risk, but from what it looks like it would still seem waterproof. Now I don't want to diminish the reviews of others, surely if a customer is not well he has the right to complain, but as I found myself well I can only give a positive judgment with a raised thumb. I turn on the PC to test if it works and not, strangely it doesn't work, but they write to you that they have changed the frame of the screen, that is, but sorry, the software and hardware controls don't exist from you? This alone is shameful. So now, after having sent it back, it is from May 4th that you have it, and you have never sent us an email or a phone call as requested, concerning the state of the PC. I feel mocked by you and your poor service. An hour ago I get the phone perfectly packed with the momentary cover of the new display all in an elegant microfibre bag and with the report of what has been verified and / or replaced (in a language, obviously for me, incomprehensible).
Turning on the phone I see that the defect is gone and therefore the repair has been carried out and there is no doubt.

Reading the various reviews I was a little skeptical about the end that my Galaxy S6 Edge would do, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Cell phone sent Monday, by courier (comfort care samsung service) I returned next Thursday, only 4 days later. Obviously repaired under warranty.
The only detail is that the phone came back repaired (the visible problems are gone) but I don't have any document in which there is written what they actually replaced.
Not a big deal, I would have liked to know what they had done.

The first of the month I send the Samsung Galaxy s6 edge mobile phone to help with problems with the battery charger and the battery which lasted very little.
After 1 week I receive it and for two days everything is ok ... on the 3rd day the cell phone starts to turn itself off and on by itself.

Obviously I immediately call Tim to avoid blaming me for the damage as soon as I receive the device and send confirmation photos on the same day.

I get an email where I am informed that the phone has a faulty motherboard, but due to an injury on the glass, a mere aesthetic defect (not due to accidental fall) the repair cannot go under warranty and I have to match the figure 170 Euros to have it replaced with a Lumia 830 (theoretically not in the same category). To no avail my complaints with both First Communication with the same Mictosoft. After some reminders, they send me the photo where they indicate the damage found, but which instead confirms what I have always affirmed. From the attached photo it is clear that the "damage" indicated by the "technicians" of Prima Comunicazione as "damage LCD", is not true. In the lower left part of the display, indicated by the red circle, there is no LCD but, at most, the touch of the physical keys which, like the touch and the LCD, work perfectly (I took a picture where the image is shown) perfect functionality of the module during the test to the PC before sending it to first Communication). This does nothing but confirm my disappointment, given that the "damage" actually corresponds to a mere physical defect concerning glass alone and does not in any way invalidate the components of the telephone. A superficial damage to the glass has nothing to do with the defectiveness of the motherboard, placed well below the glass used to protect the touch / LCD module.
To paraphrase this experience, it is as if I had brought my car, under warranty, to the dealer for a defect in the engine: the parent company recognizes the defect but due to a scratch on the door it refuses to repair the fault. Not being able to recognize a glass from a touch or an LCD says a lot about the petty attempt to demand money for a fault that should be recognized, without any hesitation, in warranty.
Deeply disappointed by the Microsoft support service and the First Communication service.

Sent in repair samsung a5 with warranty with stain on the display, not at any hit nor dropped. After three weeks they notify me through the media world of Turin that the repair is for a refusal payment. From there my ordeal begins. I collect the broken glass behind I refuse the collection they send it back for repair. They change the glass. I go home the phone does not work the display now thanks to gentlemen I have to buy a new phone. When I sent it for repair it worked perfectly well congratulations if I paid the phone worked no words to define them just thanks

Unfortunately I find myself here to do a negative review ... I sent the phone 2 times for assistance with Huawei, and 2 times they did not fix anything. Now I have to open a complaint with Huawei and wait, very little professionalism. The only positive note, shipments by fast courier, and perhaps not even thanks to them.

In less than 7 days I received my smartphone as new.
Repaired crystals, glass and touchscreen.

Only advice, make the backup, because mine has been formatted (they had already advised me to do it).

Unfortunately, the processing speed does not match the quality of the same. Phone returned with the Scratched Backcover as well as, surprise of surprises, after only 4 days of use the screen showed a clear melting of the crystals (almost certainly caused by an inappropriate processing of the product).
Bad Company (I do not recognize a damage found even 15 days after their processing) and Bad Customer Service (the tone of voice on the phone could be slightly more friendly and less noisy)

I personally fixed the problem to my Nokia Lumia 930 with 2 drops of Super Attak where they asked me for 184.54 to replace a display that did not present or present problems. I strongly advise against this assistance center.
