I write after reading the reviews, which to tell the truth made me worry before sending my device, premise, I am a Tim Next customer, following the breakdown of the display I call the customer service who books the collection with the courier to transfer it to the company in question, the first thing I did is read the reviews that alarmed me, but I can actually deny all the negative reviews, as they gave me a timing of 7/10 instead on the 6th day I received the email that the device was ready to send, I shipped the phone in the original box and received the same in the original box, the work was done exceptionally, no glue smudging, closed sealed as the parent company did. I highly recommend everyone to entrust their TOP company devices. In total 8 days to send it, repair it and receive it, when 7/10 days only the repair was foreseen.
