They are not professional at all
The first of the month I send the Samsung Galaxy s6 edge mobile phone to help with problems with the battery charger and the battery which lasted very little.
After 1 week I receive it and for two days everything is ok ... on the 3rd day the cell phone starts to turn itself off and on by itself.
I send the mobile phone back to service but they fix it 2 more problems: 1 the battery lasts 2 hours again and the keyboard does not work well, for example I press n and write m.
