I sent a Sony Xperia Z2 phone via vodafone for a problem with the microphone, a Sony Xperia Z5 COMPACT came back after a month and a half with significantly lower features, after some exchanges of emails and phone calls They promise us (I say "CI" because they promised to me and to the vodafone center) a Sony Xperia Z3 NORMAL with characteristics equal to the Sony Xperia Z2, but after another 3 weeks of waiting comes a Sony Xperia Z3 COMPACT with the same features as the previously sent Z5 COMPACT because the characteristics were lower.
After more than two months I am still waiting for a phone with the same and equal features as the Sony Xperia Z2 I had previously purchased.
P. . I have kasko assistance with vodafone, but judging from the other criticisms, it is not a competent center.
