I send damaged device through tim always safe. Tim specifies exposes both the broken display and camera damage. Too bad it comes back on schedule, but only with the display repaired.

Obviously I immediately call Tim to avoid blaming me for the damage as soon as I receive the device and send confirmation photos on the same day.
Because they had tried to blame the courier where instead the package was perfectly intact.

Now the package must return with the phone to be repaired a second time.
Not trusting, they ask me for a fifth photo of the damage calmly and after 2 weeks (after the weeks of Christmas and New Year and Epiphany to verify my code again).

Bad experience for a paid service

I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER SMARTPHONE ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE LEAVING FOR WORK I REMAIN OTHER 10 DAYS WITHOUT

I WILL UPDATE IF THE PHONE RETURNS REPAIRED THIS TIME, at least and free of charge given the first paid and half repaired round.

I'm sorry to write negative reviews but that after two weeks you show up and ask me for yet another code verification mine you are embarrassing

We hope that you put the same effort into repairing mobile phones.
Best wishes
