Honestly I find the absence of professionalism of this absurd company. I want to tell you about my case that I am sure before communication knows well given my numerous complaints. I state that this is the fourth time that I return the PC for repair to you. The pc in question is an MSI GE72VR 7rf 408it laptop. Fourth time he comes back for the same problem, which shows that you either don't know how to do your job or you do it on purpose to pretend to fix things. At the end of April the PC was returned to me after almost 2 months of repair, the problem was internal, not external, so aesthetically it was not possible to notice it, but I had attached documentation and a probable cause of the problem that apparently you have not read in the least. But going back to when you sent it back to me, as soon as I received it, I immediately notice that the original box is missing, which only God knows where it is, and that I now require it to be returned, as written in the emails sent. I turn on the PC to test if it works and not, strangely it doesn't work, but they write to you that they have changed the frame of the screen, that is, but sorry, the software and hardware controls don't exist from you? This alone is shameful. So now, after having sent it back, it is from May 4th that you have it, and you have never sent us an email or a phone call as requested, concerning the state of the PC. I feel mocked by you and your poor service. Euronics knows how much I complained and how many times I called them, but they also keep on answering them that they send you urgent requests that I hope you read. I hope you read this review and that this time you are able to repair the PC once and for all, not that after 2 months it is already gone, since I need it and I remind you that I demand the original box, but above all the pc repaired and working. If all goes well I will change the review rating.
(Among other things, I know that they only respond to good reviews, first communication, if you want to be professional because you simply do not send us an email or a call regarding the state of the PC? It costs you so much? Because we are already a month away from it you have and I feel really fooled by you).
