On 10.08.2020 I opened a ticket through the Huawei portal for a problem found on the touchscreen of my GT2 smartwatch. I sent the package using the free service (watch still under warranty) and in just three days I got back the perfectly repaired product. Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

I have read the reviews now, I am very worried about having my new Microsoft Lumia 950 XL repaired in late February because it no longer read the sim. they replied after 3 weeks that they didn't pass it to me as a guarantee and today 05/04/2016 I still have no news. Microsoft support told me that they can't do anything. we hope to be luckier than you. I RECEIVE MY SMARTPHONE POSSIBLY WORKING !!!!

Disappointed as it brought the phone at MW (as in the cell phone the black screen appeared but with battery signal and other then it did not allow the use) and sent to your company in assistance (due to battery damage) you answer that not goes into warranty as the battery is not covered by the warranty ... we ask for the return of the mobile phone refusing to face the expense of Euro 50 ... returned home and following information on the internet we were able to restart the phone was only to be reprogrammed. WITHOUT WORDS

First communication "collaborates" with TIM to repair broken smartphones covered by KASKO. Following an accidental fall, I am forced to send my iPhone X for repair. The courier came to pick it up and after two days the phone arrives at its destination. Time two days and I get a message directly from "first communication" telling me that the phone has been repaired, an hour later I receive the message of shipment, I think "wow, two days and I have already solved everything", instead the phone arrives from me and I immediately notice that the packaging is practically non-existent, in fact the phone slammed inside its box (so it's not their not?), anyway I open the phone and discover that if my screen has been fixed ( in fact his only problem was the glass in the upper part of the screen, broken) but I also see if it is completely unglued and if I press the screen moves. Immediately I call first communication that, very SCORCHLY tells me that I have to call the tim and that they have nothing to do with it ... then I call the tim communicating the problem and they tell me that in the next days they will repeat the withdrawal to return the new iPhone to before communication (this time free since the first time I had to pay a good 140 euros deductible for a horrible job) So I have to wait again. My phone then arrives again at first communication, after two days that the phone is with them, I decide to call to make sure that everything is going well, given that the first time they did what they did, a young lady replies by saying to me the words "Signorina, but how can I know where your phone is if we have 12 thousand mobile phones here? "I decide to wait and after another 3 days the phone arrives home, finally repaired. Very bad experience, bad customer care (at least the one I had to deal with) I am glad that in the end I was able to get my phone back, but I would never advise you to lean on first communication, without total seriousness towards the customer.

Working all the experts I have to rely on them to give my customers the second year of warranty but they are terrible waiting times huge not to mention the excuses that I have to make up with my clients for these inconveniences.
Very often phones with active warranty return unrepaired for a non-compliance damage when instead Apple had known the damage in warranty but since they were in the 2 year they could not manage them and entrusted me to first communication or telephones are not repaired and I find myself to explain the inconvenience to customers

I will tell my story, which has some ridicule: at the beginning of April I bring my iPhone SE to make a diagnosis in an authorized Apple center, I am told that the battery is to be changed to Apple systems, in fact it had the words "Battery status - assistance "; then I go to the shop where the phone was purchased, which leans on this (if it can be called so) "repair shop" so that the battery can be replaced for free since the phone was in the second year of warranty . The first time I go back, not repaired, but without the "Battery status - assistance" item which means that the capacity of the battery had been raised in some way to prevent the phone from passing the battery test and making sure not to change it; so for other successive two times. In the end I returned to the Apple Authorized Service Center and had the battery replaced, paying the fixed amount of 49. Which I find absurd since the phone was still under warranty and they had the DUTY to change my battery for free. That said, I think it is obvious that I strongly advise against this "service center"! I was denied a right! And I emphasize that I only give a star because otherwise the system would not allow me to send the review!

Worst care of my life. Rude staff, lack of professionalism and inconceivable waiting times. How do they put 1 star I just don't understand it..shipped the phone via Samsung's comfort care service on Monday and received the following Monday! Changed all lcd and new glass as I had the known problem of the purple lines in the display in the Galaxy s6 edge..excellent!

They could put -20 stars that would be my judgment. A ridiculous company. I do not know their size, but they behave as a company employees from 3 bums. They work with an absurd indifference. Once the phone was sent, it returned all lined, then postponed, fixed and broke again after 3 months again. then again ... they had to replace it, but they did not. and now "for a misunderstanding" it happens again instead of replacing have "repaired" the device (probably for another three months) ...
