I sent twice my Nokia Lumia 520 with reception problem (inability to call / receive calls or surf the internet if not via wifi) not resolved. The first time from the repair sheet was "mechanical repair", but the problem was not solved at all. Returned, arrives after a week with the label "Dear customer, your phone is working". Of course it still does not work. Bad is little.
