I leave a review because given the negative reviews it seems to me to be correct and it is not right that those who are satisfied should not face it. I sent the phone with Tim's SemperSecurity insurance, so they are a forced choice.
I have an iphone 8 that had broken the front and back screen and also had the speaker from which nothing was heard. They sent it back to me practically. I felt good and were serious. I don't give 5 stars because instead of 7 days they took 2 weeks. Perhaps it is not even their fault, perhaps of the operator who could communicate it in advance. However, everything went very well with me and I was worried unnecessarily due to non-positive reviews.
