Lake Balboa Post-Acute Rehab Center Review

I work there for a couple of days about a month ago. Still till this very day they haven't paid the place is unreachable. They don't answer there phones the staff is very rude. The time being there was not plencent the staff was not friendly to the patients. Most of them look like they over there job being they are being paid lower than the minimum wage. I had to constantly ask them what was my pay and they keep brushing me off. I had to call them everyday to remind them about my paycheck took then two weeks to find my paper work. Def. reported them to labor and commission.

My mother is currently a patient at this facility and she receives excellent care. The therapists, nurses, and CNAs are all very attentive and caring. Freddy in the Activity Room is a hoot, very upbeat and knows everyone's names. The Dietician spoke with me about moms diet, she is diabetic, and she receives healthy meals with fresh vegetables and not too many carbs. I would highly recommend Lake Balboa for your loved ones recuperation.

My mother in law recently became a patient at this facility. From day one everyone treated her and us very well. As busy as Friday nights are, they were all smiling and happy to help her and take care of her! As a nurse myself, I understand the demands of the job! And while not one place is 100% perfect, this center is def 100% great and strives for the best. It shows in the team work that the CNAs do and the nurses that over look and treat the patients. We are very glad to have picked Lake Balboa and love treating the staff with goodies and desserts! Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I got only good things to say the people in the center from the main person to the laundry one are caring, gentle , all the crew was nice and I do recomended...thanks for taking care of me.

This place is guilty for neglecting elders,osha needs to pay a visit to this place and rade for neglection ,they are loud all night.if you have any authority in life please put this place under investigation,now..
