I sent a 930 lumia which had a black spot on the display (defect recognized by Nokia) but refused the repair on the grounds that the phone had damage from shocks that even from the photos sent to me are not at all obvious
The imperfections of the frame were merely signs of wear

Phone under guarantee but I ask 40 euros for the return shipment
