I've already sent my samsung to this help center twice through the media world. They gave it back to me saying they had fixed it, but it still had the exact same problem. (the problem is at the microphone therefore easily verifiable if adjusted or not).
Now it is again at this center that I sincerely hope, and I am sure, they will definitely fix the phone.
