Bad experience I handed my tel to the courier on the first day of August and still today almost a month later I don't know what happened to my phone, I did the next with Tim but they also tell me that after the numerous reports to the assistance center does not respond to Tim, despite the insurance that I pay every month and that the phone had to be delivered within 7 working days and almost a month has passed, they also tell me that I have to pay 69 euros !! both Tim, that first communication leave much to be desired that schifoooo !!!
