I had problems with my s7 flat due to an operating system error that did not start anymore I called Samsung to understand what it was I did the tests they listed but nothing told me to take it to assistance in my area is I said no I preferred a the gold support and I must say without excellent excellent work performed words !!!! It should be born that the bomb is actually better than when you bought it I have to say I highly recommend this assistance it is true if they keep it up for a week but it's worth it thanks a lot first excellent communication work
