Bad !! I sent a microsoft phone as a guarantee through the microsoft assistance at first communication, I state that the same phone I had sent in warranty before through the point of sale where I bought it for the same problem, I had been repaired under warranty and after a few months I am having the same problem again and to speed up the times I decide to send it directly myself.
What happens next? First communication sends me a quote where it says that the problem is caused by the customer, so either I pay to fix it or pay 30 to not fix it (phone paid 80 ), then I call and I answer a scorbutic operator, who with very superficial air he says he sends me the photos. Photos I had the day after, from which the problem cannot be seen and much less explain it. Recall, again scorbutic operator who almost closes the phone in my face, telling me only that they would contact me because he was not the preventative boy. Result? I'm still waiting for communication of my phone. GREAT SERVICE !!! What surprises me most is Microsoft, obviously also contacted by you, but I only tell you that they can't do anything. Obviously, for me, Microsoft has expired and I don't think I can ever buy it again. The advice I give to others, never to send your phones ever to FIRST COMMUNICATION under warranty, you will not have them any more if you do not pay, and even if you pay to repair them they will not take responsibility for the malfunctioning of the repair (it is written in the quote) and obviously distrusted by all the brands that use them as a service center because they have a PESSO and personal service !!!
