Absolutely amazing service! I dealt with Ursula and she went above and beyond with customer service. I drove up from Buffalo because other dealers quoted me more than double the price I payed here. My wife and I recently purchased a car from this showroom and what an experience. We initially dealt with Trina Asselin negotiating a car price, her promptness, respect and ethics was portrayed at such a high caliber throughout our entire dealing that it truly showed a great customer centric experience. We were so impressed by her that despite finding a better deal elsewhere, we just felt that much more comfortable with Trina and Performance Lexus delivering us not only a great car but also a great honest experience.
When we got to the showroom to finalize paperwork and misc. items, we were handed over to Oliva Cai. The experience got better from there. All our questions were answered, she took great care in explaining (in detail) the ins and outs of the purchase so much so that all our questions were answered before we even got a chance to ask them. We truly felt taken care of by Olivia at that point. Her professionalism was outstanding, she completed our experience and allowed us to leave the showroom knowing that we would be taken care of 110% without a single worry.
The experience continues, whenever we had a question by email or phone, we received a response the very same day. from both Olivia and Trina. I must say, from the moment we stepped foot into the showroom till the car delivery and even after the delivery, we have had all our needs met at an exceptionally high caliber.

I wanted to thank Trina Asselin for her dedication and professional attitude when I was looking for a new vehicle. She was receptive to my questions and follow up with a quote within a 24 hour period. Needless to say, I purchased my new lexus from Trina. The description was flawless and prompt. . Then after driving home, I had two issues with the navigation. Before she could reply to my two questions ,I found one answer in the manual and Trina replied allowing me to fix the issue.

I just bought my new 2017 Lexus IS 300 and I could not be happier!! I purchased my car through Steve who was an absolute delight to work with. I would buy a car from him a million times over!!! He walked me through every step of the buying process and was incredibly honest and dedicated when selling me my car. He provided me with his true opinion on everything, which is something not every dealer would do. He answered all of my questions and even gave me his cell number to call and text if I ever have any issues with the car. I previously went to a bunch of dealerships, including a different Lexus dealership in the area to test out different makes of cars and can honestly say that Steve's knowledge and kindness made a huge difference. Even though I'm 24 and wanted to buy this particular car, he did not judge me even in the slightest when I walked through the door. He showed me what I wanted to see without any hesitation. Took my 2016 RX 350 f sport in for its 16,000kms service..oil change, tire rotation and Inspection. Car was in the dealership for less than 35 minutes with a invoice of over $240.00 dollars.
I called two other dealers and was informed that the 16,000km service should take approx 2 hours as there is an extensive list of things that have to be checked. Total cost for this inspection oil change and tire rotation $190.00.
There is no possibility the inspection could have been done in the time the car was in the workshop.
I have lost any trust I have for the dealer and will be sure to avoid any further transactions with Performance Lexus.
If you have a Lexus... take it somewhere else for service.
I purchased a pre-owned 2014 IS350 F-Sport in July and purposely waited before providing a review. Now that I have had the car for nearly 3 months I can confidently say that I love the car and have had no issues with it. Troy and team were awesome to deal. I spent several hours researching vehicles, visiting over a dozen dealerships, and these two ladies at Performance Lexus were hands down the best! Both were very professional and knew their products. Trina was an absolute breath of fresh air after dealing with some of the so called "sales reps" at other dealerships. She was very nice, informative, and i'll give her credit with making sure to ask for the sale (being a sales rep myself). She worked with her Manager Dave who came with an offer that I felt was a good deal.
Linh, was awesome to work with too! Despite being out of town, she was able to connect with me on a Saturday and had the approval done in literally just a few short minutes. She was extremely friendly and again wasn't pushy, but made sure to ask for the additional sales.

I dropped a part off for repair and was told it would be ready in 4-6 weeks. At 4 weeks I spoke to Paul (parts manager) who assured me he would check the status and get back to me that day. He never got back to me, in fact I called him every day for the next 2 weeks and he didn't return a single call. When I finally spoke to him, after I got in touch with the regional manager, Paul informed me he had delayed in sending the part for repair (about 2 weeks delay) because he couldn't find a box to send it in!! Are you kidding me!?!? I couldn't help but laugh at this lame excuse! I can't believe the lack of professionalism and disrespectful treatment. It has now been over 6 weeks and no one at Performance Auto Group can tell me where the part is or if it was even received by the repair centre. It's looking more and more like the part was lost or never sent for repair at all.
UPDATE: I just went to the dealership to deal with this in person instead of over the phone. I spoke with Paul who again explained how he ordered a box, packed it up and sent it to the factory repair centre and assured me my part was being repaired. After I pointed out all the inconsistency in his explanation he admitted he never sent the part out at all and it was still sitting on his desk!! It has now been 7 weeks since I dropped it off, with 2 weeks of daily phone calls directly to Paul and an additional week of dealing with 4 others within Performance Auto Group and Lexus Canada and the part is STILL sitting on his desk without ever being sent to the repair centre!!!

Just bought a used RX 350 and the entire process was simple and well handled by Ralph our sales person. This is our second time buying at Performance Lexus and both times were with Ralph and were a pleasant experience. Never felt any pressure and Ralph was always open and honest about everything.

Performance Lexus has wowed us twice in the last three months! We made the decision to deal with them because we've had great experiences dealing with Performance Auto Group in the past and willingly drove all the way to St. Catherines from Guelph to make our original purchase. The service was top notch! Trina, our sales person, was extremely accomodating through the whole process, including pricing options over the phone and email before we came out. The in-store experience was incredible, and not limited to us. We observed amazing interactions happening every time someone entered the showroom. Trina even offered to deliver the vehicle to us at home in Guelph to accommodate our busy schedules. We complete the purchase (2019 Lexus NX300), and tragically, 2 weeks later, the vehicle was in a parking lot and got struck by a vehicle that lost control on the road and got written off. Trina and the team were extremely supportive and accomodated us through the 5 weeks it took to settle the insurance claim. They brought another vehicle in well before we were even in a position to know if the original one would be written off or not.
We are educated consumers and own a service business, so we're very sensitive to the customer service experience. Anyone can sell you a car. Not all can make you a client for life.
Got a new RX350 from Ralph and Linh. I contacted Ralph a year ago to get some ideas even I was not ready to buy. He is always patient and try his best to give me a deal. I will lease another car through him after two years for sure.
While I didn t find the exact used model I was looking for, the customer service and speed at replying to my emails by Trina was Excellent. She was very professional and helpful.

I have recently bought a pre-owned Lexus RX450h from Troy and Colleen. I has the right amount of mileage for the price point that I was looking for FINALLY. I live in downtown Toronto and went to Lexus Downtown along Dundas and Don Valley North Lexus by Steels. These two locations knows how to treat you like crap.
First, Don Valley North the guy there was busy that I understand and he was fluent in speaking in the dialect that the customers he was dealing with at the time and didnt mind the wait. When I finally met him and told him my specifics he simply gave me a list of their inventory and had to do the search myself. To top it all of despite of what I said and what my wife was partly looking for he said "oh we dont have that model with that color, why not get a Prius." If I did wanted to get a Prius I would had gone to the TOYOTA dealership.
Second, Lexus Downtown I met the dealer and I told him my specifics and there was one and it was fully loaded with another $30,000 added than what were usually looking to budget. I repeatedly asked him for his other inventories and if he could make some phone calls but he keeps feigning the subject and keeps saying "dont worry my goal is by the end of this conversation I am going to make you smile and get that SUV." No matter what are my attempts of asking a direct question regarding my specifics he barely answered me directly. It left us a bitter taste that we were thinking of a third party private dealership that we dont know its reputation in looking for our car.
Now I had to go far and realized that going the distance is worth it. I found my specifics piqued when I saw the SUV that I was looking for in Performance Lexus. I corresponded with Troy via phone and email and he has been very professional and courteous with me. It might not be white as my wife would had liked but it was the price point that we both could agree on. The true litmus test was meeting my wife (my banker) and she like how Troy dealt with her which I am very impressed. My wife is a tough customer and I give Troy props for that. We shared our past experience with the other Lexus dealerships and they were appalled on the stories we told him, from then on he said that he would treat you the utmost respect that any buyer would get... RESPECT. (then my wife nodded) He then saw my trade up RAV4 SPORT and was generous with the assessment. Finally, we met Colleen and shes amazing with the numbers and made it painless with the financing (were buying a Lexus it shouldnt be a root canal procedure). She was great and funny as she gave us the breakdown and surely she got the thumbs up also from my wife when everything was said and done. I told Colleen that I could reach out and hug her, she said that made her day. LOL She also said that it breaks her heart when she sees a Lexus with garbage inside the car by the owner or a massive dent on a fender which was a total disrespect for the Toyota and Lexus brand. I like how she said that owning a Lexus there is the PRIDE of owning a good brand that should show about the person who is driving it. That I liked and them my wife told me to keep the SUV clean as part of the deal. SIGH...
Performance Lexus where Troy and Colleen as a team were great in dealing with us and made the experience personal and painless. Who knows that you have to drive out of the GTA just to get some respectable service and definitely worth the drive. Troy gave me a parting gift when I finally signed the contract and to pick up my RX450h and it was definitely meant for my wife because why would I use buckskin throw blanket LOL. It was nice and elegant with the Lexus logo. Troy also mentioned that I am going to be in "trouble" once I get my Lexus. With the sound of apprehension I asked WHY? He said "Once you get a LEXUS you cant go back to any other brand and your next car in the future is another LEXUS." I had to agree with him on that. LOL.
That experience I dont mind driving to pick up my future Lexus all the way at Performance Lexus in St. Catherines.
