We recently purchased a previously owned Lexus ES 350 frpm Performance Lexus,and was pleasantly surprised by the manner in which we were treated. Troy met us with a big friendly smile and drove us around and explained all the salient features of the vehicle, got both my wife and myself a nice cup of coffee and thrashed out a deal that met our expectations. Linh of the business office welcomed us with a friendly smile and with no browbeating explained other products of interest,of which we chose one. Compared to other dealers where they almost bully you with these products, this was a totally pleasant experience. Kudos to both Troy and Linh. Tried all over the GTA, this was the best deal by far!
