I just bought my new 2017 Lexus IS 300 and I could not be happier!! I purchased my car through Steve who was an absolute delight to work with. I would buy a car from him a million times over!!! He walked me through every step of the buying process and was incredibly honest and dedicated when selling me my car. He provided me with his true opinion on everything, which is something not every dealer would do. He answered all of my questions and even gave me his cell number to call and text if I ever have any issues with the car. I previously went to a bunch of dealerships, including a different Lexus dealership in the area to test out different makes of cars and can honestly say that Steve's knowledge and kindness made a huge difference. Even though I'm 24 and wanted to buy this particular car, he did not judge me even in the slightest when I walked through the door. He showed me what I wanted to see without any hesitation. I would have never came to this location if it wasn't for the unwelcoming service at the other Lexus dealership. I'm so glad I purchased my car from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. Also, Linh, who is the financial services manager, was the sweetest and most genuine person you could meet. She made me so comfortable with with my purchase and even went out of her way to get me a loaner car to drive while I waited for mine to be shipped to the dealership. Everyone at this dealership goes out of there way to make the car buying process smooth and enjoyable. I cannot wait to enjoy my beautiful car.
