I had a wonderful experience purchasing Lexus ES from Bilal Ahmad at Lexus performance St. Catharines. The whole process was smooth, quick and transparent. Bilal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me picking the right car. Also he assisted me exit out of my old car lease from a different company at a reasonable price. Now that was a dealer breaker for me. I highly regards his dedication and commitment level in going above and beyond.

He also introduced me to other members of his team Mark, Dustin, Trina and Olivia. They were extremely polite, friendly and most importantly genuine.
