My wife recently purchased an 2017 RX350 with low mileage from this dealership and by chance we corresponded with Trina by email with our inquiries. We live in London but decided to drive 2 hours because of the better trade in value and purchase price point of the new vehicle. Everything was up front, honest and no wasting each other time with back and forth sales games. Trina asked us what vehicles we wanted to test drive and quickly got the keys and said have fun....(wanted to compare the NX to the RX). The sales manager made a point of introducing himself and offered his assistance with our final purchase decision. Everything was quick and easy with regard to paperwork and answering all my questions. Oh almost forgot.....a week later they delivered the new vehicle to my front door in London and picked up my trade in at no extra cost. Trina, see you in four years for my next vehicle.
Saw a white lexus is350 they advertised for a good price; called them to Inquire and apparently the vehicle wasn't listed at the price I mentioned and basically told me I was wrong; I do have a screenshot of the price, tried going back and the price had dissappeared and adjusted for 8000 more; baiting customers with a low price is unethical, and telling me I had the wrong price is just simply poor customer service especially when I had 3 other friends check the same vehicle;

I had recently just got into a Lexus IS 300 which I got from Performance Lexus. I have been looking at the vehicle for quite sometime. I was up in the Niagara region on a weekend getaway and saw the Performance Lexus dealership so i decided to stop in and browse around. There I had the pleasure of meeting Dustin. My comments are concerning sales associate Trina Asselin. This is not the first time I have written comments about her and I know it will not be the last. Trina in a word is " Golden ".From her first words to me as I stepped in through the showroom door my experience with Performance Lexus vis a vis Trina began.That experience started with Trina who could not have been more pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and helpful. There were several visits involved from start to finish to complete the sale of my Lexus and at the end Trina was the same as from the beginning.I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. In every instance the salesperson was an exact clone of the one previous. The common thread they all shared was making the sale. That was it. I swore if I heard the words " what can I do to have you buy this car today " again I would become food for the worm buffet.So very happy to say that was not at all the case with Trina. As with most things in my life decisions do not come quick and this was no exception. I told Trina I would be back to her about my decision yes or no. She smiled and accepted my words. In that interim I was not bothered with calls to see if I had made up my mind as was often the case with others. I gave her my word and she respected my wishes. I bought the car.Twice I have had a pairing issue with my blue tooth which were totally on me and of her own doing Trina stepped in to rectify them.The first one when I called she was about to go home but she stayed another half hour to see it through for me. She could have said she had to go and have me go to service in the morning and I would have been ok with that but she didn't. A while later I needed an item from parts and she gave me the exact info to save me time.I was in for service two weeks ago and when Trina saw me with my special needs child at the service desk she called us over and offered juice and water and asked how we were doing.She was so sweet and sincere to Nathan and I. I will say to anyone wanting to purchase or considering purchasing a Lexus product to go to Performance Lexus and see Trina Asselin. I guarantee your experience with her will be as fulfilling as mine. No doubt all the sales staff are great but I am partial to one. Trina in a word is " Golden ". No doubt you will agree.

I recently purchased my new 2020 Lexus ES 350 F-Sport 2 from Performance Lexus. I had the pleasure of meeting with both Bilal Ahmad and Dustin Mason, I don't even know where to begin when telling you how great these guys are. They set a relaxed environment, and in absolutely no way pressured me into anything, they truly have your best interest in mind while helping you find the car that best suits your needs and budget. Dustin and Bilal let me test drive any vehicle I thought I may have interest in, and believe me when I say there was a lot lol. When I thought I found my match, they told me to take it home over night and try it out on my daily routine. That's when I realized I wanted an ES 350, not only did I change my mind once on the trim level, but I changed it several times (3 to be exact lol). One of which was 3 days before taking delivery on what I thought was my final decision. This isn't your typical car buying experience, their level of honesty and sincerity makes you feel like you're dealing with family. It's an entirely new level of dealer and client relationship. I've purchased 3 new cars in the last 10 years and nobody comes close to these 2. Dustin and Bilal are more genuine then the leather in my new car lol.

I bought a 2017 RX350 and have had it for two months and I am well pleased. Very, very nice vehicle. Trina was my sales consultant and dealing with her was a true pleasure. Very knowledgeable and very good to deal with. I had shopped around beforehand and basically bought the car from their website and was in and out in less than 1-1/2 hrs with Trina's help. I was disappointed with the trade-in value I rec'd but that was not in Trina's control. All in all , a good experience.

First time I ever bought a car sight unseen. I live 3 hours away and called Performance Lexus to inquire about an RC300 they had on the lot. Marina and Niels have been very accomodating and have treated me very fairly over the years. My loyalty to Performance Lexus coming in from the Hamilton Mountain for all my vehicle needs is a true testament to their dedication to valued customer service. He really listened to me when I explained what I was looking for, he took all my needs and concerns into consideration, and helped me make the right selection. Untop of that, Bilal was extremely professional and I did not feel pressured at all.
Best of all was that he took the time to review all the models they had and helped me pre-screen the ones that best met my needs and budget. As soon as I saw the one he selected for me, I loved it. I couldn t be any more satisfied - the 1.5 hr trip was more than worth it.

Came in today for a test drive of a Lexus SUV. Had an amaizing experience and was taken care of like i was a part of their family.

We purchased a 2017 Lexus IS 350 from Performance Lexus, and we are very happy with the Sales process and especially our Sales representative Trina Asselin.
We visited the dealership on a Monday, got all the pricing information, and was provided comparative pricing on other models as well, in a no pressure environment. The following day, I spoke to Trina and arranged for a test drive of the IS, and we bought the Lexus. My only condition, was that the car must to be delivered to our home in Niagara on the Lake on my wife's Birthday (Saturday), as I was out of town.
Trina, delivered the car with a Big Red bow, Trina, spent two hours going over the various features of the Lexus with my wife. Service like this you don't get anymore in this day and age....So a BIG thank you Trina!

Had our first experience with Lexus St Catherine s and it was a great one. Our sales person Bilal was very knowledgeable, pleasant and honest.
