I was in talk with Trina; it was very pleasant to talk to her. I never visited the dealership; we talked over the phone and emails. She was very fast in reply and very efficient in her work. She even replied when she was not at the dealership. She made everything clear about the vehicles I asked for. I did not end up buying the car but it was an excellent experience overall. I will recommend everyone to deal with Trina if you visit the dealership.
