Trina Asselin (Sales Rep) and Linh Ngo (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. I spent several hours researching vehicles, visiting over a dozen dealerships, and these two ladies at Performance Lexus were hands down the best! Both were very professional and knew their products. Trina was an absolute breath of fresh air after dealing with some of the so called "sales reps" at other dealerships. She was very nice, informative, and i'll give her credit with making sure to ask for the sale (being a sales rep myself). She worked with her Manager Dave who came with an offer that I felt was a good deal.

Linh, was awesome to work with too! Despite being out of town, she was able to connect with me on a Saturday and had the approval done in literally just a few short minutes. She was extremely friendly and again wasn't pushy, but made sure to ask for the additional sales.

I honestly can't begin to explain how happy I was with the overall service from these two ladies. You may pay a little more for a premium car, but the service you receive is incredible. Please visit Trina in the sales team and ask for Linh when processing the financial side. You won't be disappointed! Keep up the amazing work ladies and team!
