Took my 2016 RX 350 f sport in for its 16,000kms s...

Took my 2016 RX 350 f sport in for its 16,000kms service..oil change, tire rotation and Inspection. Car was in the dealership for less than 35 minutes with a invoice of over $240.00 dollars.
I called two other dealers and was informed that the 16,000km service should take approx 2 hours as there is an extensive list of things that have to be checked. Total cost for this inspection oil change and tire rotation $190.00.
There is no possibility the inspection could have been done in the time the car was in the workshop.
I have lost any trust I have for the dealer and will be sure to avoid any further transactions with Performance Lexus.
If you have a Lexus... take it somewhere else for service.
