Ursula has excellent knowledge regarding lexus vechicles and when needed she makes sure she has the right people looking at the situation to properly diagnose the problem. She not only took care of the problem quickly and efficiently but also provided me with valet service that same day so that my day was not inconvenienced in anyway.

This is my fourth lexus and one of the reasons I keep going back is because of the incredible service they provide their customers.
