My first time shopping online for an automobile, how lucky I found this dealership and an online Sales contact Stephen Andrews as a first experience! He has set the bar high for any car salesperson I have met when previously shopping. I was more than just business. He gave me confidence in a used vehicle that I felt totally comfortable with him and the dealership approach to helping me decide on this major purchase. Lexus quality is second to none in the auto industry but having people such as Stephen, Olivia and Dustin who I met in this transaction made this life event purchase very pleasant when driving away with my Lexus. I live in Aurora and they were in St. Catherines where they helped make my distance for this transaction very easy to do as down the street. They all worked throughout my questions and answers at any time to help close the deal and did what they could to get me into this car that I feel privileged to have from Lexus. If I ever decided to get another Lexus or other dealerships that this Performance Group owns, I can say that I will be shopping with this location or referrals from them.
