I met Alex Bernabe when I bought my first Honda Element in 2005. I traded in a Mercedes SUV for that Element and everyone at the dealership was astounded. The entire deal took a couple of days and Alex came thru on everything I needed. Brought my daughter in law to him 2 years later and she bought an orange Element. In 2010 I traded in my 2005 Element for a 2010 model. In the meantime, my wife is driving a 2013 CRV after driving a CRV prior to that one. In 2014 my son Joe bought an Accord and my daughter Jennifer now drives a 2014 Civic. Alex took care of all these transactions with efficiency, speed, and he is quite charming to deal with! He is my "go to" car guy. A terrific car buying experience when you deal with Alex. I no longer fear buying new cars. Thanks Alex!

I recently purchased a vehicle from DCH Honda of Paramus. Originally, I was just looking around to get an idea of the new line of Hondas with the possibility of purchasing a new car. My experience at DCH Honda was no pressure and hassle free. The salesman, Gerald Lopez was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get the exact car I wanted at the most reasonable price within my location. I would definitely recommend DCH Honda of Paramus and highly recommend Gerald Lopez!

I have to give a huge shout out to my heros Bruce & Tommy. Let me just say they were my saviors. I was driving down the GSP last night, it was cold and raining. All of the sudden my tire was going flat within 3 minutes it lost all the air. I was able to pull over to exit 160 by a Ramada hotel. I figured I would change the tire myself. I started working on it and my jack was not going up high enough. I spent 20 minutes in the dark, whille it was rainning and cold trying to get the car higher. I realized it wasn't working. I packed it all back up and called for road side assistance they explained it was a busy night and no one would be able to come for at least an hour and a half. I had to get back home to my kid. I went into the hotel trying to figure something out but got nothing! I sat on the side and called a friend that I was supposed to meet later. I explained to him that myjack on my honda pilot was not able to get high enough and would be waiting for roadside assistance. The second I said Honda this man who was at the counter tocheck into the hotel turns around and asks me "You have a Honda?" I saw him with a jacket with Hondas logo and answered "YES" I explained what happened. Him and his son came out in the COLD RAIN and was able to change my tire with out hesitation. Bruce and his son Tommy weren't just so kind and caring to offer their help but they were happy to help. They got me back on the road 15 mnutes later with a smile on my face.
It is good to know there are great people like Bruce and Tommy in this world. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Beware of the service center and their tech skills...

Beware of the service center and their tech skills. Find somewhere else if you need any type of service. I've had a bad experience with them and it's kind of an epic.
I am an owner of honda oddesey and got a recall service notification via mail. It was 2nd or 3rd time recall from the 2nd row seats. Anyways, I've got a slow air leak from one of tire and it took about 2-3 weeks to be indentified. I brought my car in for the recall service as well as the air leak issue and pointed out RR(right rear) tire got the slow air leak and the rep. told me the technician will take a look and let me know anything they find. About a couple of hours later, the rep told me that LR tire got a leak and needed to replace the set of nozzles on all tires and it costed about $300 including labor. Fortunately, I got a bumper to bumper warranty and all were covered. Also, they asked me to replace 2 tires which were about 4/10 condition with wheel alignment. I spent more than $600 for the tire replacement. I doubt I really needed the new tires. Anyways, in the night on the same day, I got an TPMS warning and the technician forgot to reset the sensor. I needed to bring my car in the next day. After a month, I got an low pressur warning again and found the issue still existed and I brought my car in again. With the same rep, probably same technician at that time as well. I also pointed out which tire got the issue and they asked me to replace the tire. Even though the tire was in good condition as 8/10 according to their inspection report, I had to replace it due to the issue. I needed to spend $270 for the replacement. When I got home, I realized one of air cap on the RF tire was missing. I called them for the missing part but the rep didn't receive my call, so I left a message but they didn't respond back to me. I had to call them 3 more times but still didn't answer me the missing part. While I was waiting for a returnning call, I noticed that the issue still existed and call to the rep and asked about the issue and the rep answered me it may be I drive few weeks and there were many possibility. It's ridiculous. The rep knew the hole story and responded like that's not his problem. I just set up another service appointment for the issue. This will be the last and I will never buy honda anymore and you would be one like me if you had this kind of experience. What would you do if you were me? I will update this feedback after the 3rd time service this Friday.

Summaries;
1. The technician didn't know which tire the air leak issue was from even though I pointed out which one.
2. They didn't know where the air leak came from and asked to replace the nozzles. That was the first assumption when I google the issue.
3. They forgot to reset the TMPS sensor and I needed to bring my car in back. The alarm was off while I was driving back to home that took about 15 mins and suddenly came on in the night.
4. 2nd time service for the air leak issue and they asked me to replace the tire. Also, the rep told me there's leak from the location cannot be fixed. Thus, I had to have a new tire on it. At this time, the technician did a guess rather than investigation. This proves #2.
5. The tire was in good condition as 8/10. Previously they told me 7/10 but they change the numbers to 8/10 when I asked about the balance after installing the new tire on the single location only.
6. Air nozzle cap is missing after service. Called them 3 times but they didn't respond.
7. The service rep. doesn't want to be involved. Can I directly talk to the technician? It's ridiculous.

nitially, we visit DCH Paramus Honda to look at a used 2014 MDX, after a couple of cable power jump the car arrive for a test drive. Our sale person, Mark, did a good job of letting us test drive the used car, we drove about 3 miles before returning back to the dealership. After several inspections, we noticed that the car had several noticiable scratches, biggest disappointment was the nail polish cover on top of the driver door handle, it was another color all together. So we turn down the idea of looking at a used car and go right to looking for a new Honda Pilot with Honda Sensing.

Mark showed us the white color exterior with black interior, which my wife refuse because it reminded her of old car. She requested that we purchase a silver/gray exterior with gray or black interior, which was not available at this dealership.

After getting all the information he needed including the price, Mark A. came back and told us that his manager could get the car from another DCH dealer but it would cost $350 more, which we agreed.

A couple days later, Mark called to see if we could take delivery on Friday or Saturday. To his surprise, we left a message on his phone and show up at the dealer on Friday at 5:20pm. He was busy that day and had not pick up the car from the dealer, which located about 40 miles away. He told us that he would have the car in about 2 hours, which we waited. It was not until 3:40 minutes later that he came back due to bad traffic. We close the deal/finance at approximately 10:20pm. I though that these guys would find a way to ripped me off with finance rate even though I have a very good FICO score. We close the deal at a finance rate of 4.49%, which was exceptional on a Honda Pilot.

We found the dealer to be honest with good sale people behind it. Yes, they will try to pressure you to purchase the car on their lot. Show me a dealership who doesn't do this! Do some research, get your best price and visit DCH Paramus Honda. They will work with you and I am happy to be their customer!

This was my first time leasing a car and I got the 2016 Accord Coupe in red. I was on my own to lease and had a lot of questions to ask. Jake and Paul helped me so much. I asked them about almost everything as I had no idea how to lease and was confused most of the time. They would always send me such long messages explaining everything in depth and they replied very quickly too. After a week of discussing with them, they ordered my car right away and I was able to pick it up very soon. They definitely helped a lot in matching the price as I had a strict limit. I love my car so much right now. I love the design and the options. Paul and Jake were so helpful and had outstanding customer service. Thank you!!

I wound up at DCH Paramus Honda by chance. I was a prior DCH Toyota customer of service manager Michael DeAngelis. We were in need of a new car and when I went to Toyota to see my trusted service advisor of over 20 years and half a dozen cars, I was surprised to learn he'd been promoted and moved to DCH Honda in Paramus. I gave him a call and told him my Wife and I were in the market for a new car... we were leaning towards toyota and didn't know who to trust with him gone. He invited us up to Honda and asked that we give Honda a shot as they have some pretty amazing cars.

We really went to just look and compare to Toyota's Camry and RAV4, but such was the level of service, knowledge, product reliability and honesty of the service department headed by Mike and the salesman he set us up with, Stephen Berkowitz that we actually left with a brand new Accord EX.

They didn't pressure us, they didn't play games with the numbers (you know, the old "tell me what you want to spend a month" speech), they gave us a bottom line price and let us choose if we wanted an additional warranties. These by the way are where they make their real money in a new car sale and when we turned down almost all of them, they didn't even try to change our mind.

Everyone from the top down was professional, courteous and honest. They did try to sell us a car, they sold us on themselves and let us decide if we wanted a car. By far and away an excellent experience all around and we are very grateful for Michael DeAngelis and Stephen Berkowitz for their integrity.

I was very disappointed. I had a coupon for 15% off, except I forgot it at home. My rep, Natasha, said bring it with me when I came to pick up the car and to see her to apply it. Well, when I came to pick up my car she was gone for the day and no one knew about my discussion with her. I emailed her and she remembered me saying she would ask her manager about applying the coupon but then she never got back to me. I've emailed her frequently with no response. I've had other bad experiences with this Honda Dealership and poor customer service.

So, I told them what was the point to have an appointment if I had to wait two hours. The guy told, well I can't check your car two hours from now. Like, really how messed up is that. Rather take the car to any other place, rather than there. Plus, they over charge you for simple stuff.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had a great experience while doing so. Hamad Deeb, our sales representative, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We felt we were in good hands with him every step of the way. Our vehicle was reported to have a recall just minutes before we were set to drive it out of the dealership. We were told the repair would not be completed until the next day. Knowing that my wife had to be at work the next day, Mr. Deeb drove us home and then found our identical car that was not part of the recall. He then drafted all the appropriate paperwork and drove our new car to our house that night!! If that isn't unbelievable service, I don't know what is. We are glad to have purchased our new minivan from Hamad and from DCH Paramus Honda and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Hamad!

Pros: Clean facility. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments. Staff was friendly. I was emailed a summary of the multi-point inspection with photos so I was well aware of the status of my vehicle with proof.

Cons: When talking to my service advisor over the phone I was ignored as they had a conversation with someone else right in the middle of me explaining something with no apology or concern for what I had said. I was also cut off a couple of times. My time is valuable. I d like the undivided attention of my advisor while my car is in their hands.

Have been couple of times every time the quote got on the same car have huge difference. Discussed and finalised the deal . Fraud started here ...They came with the previous year model invoice... I wasted my 2 hours valuable time for these fraud.
Worst experience ever.... I am not understand how these people wil blame even after finalising the deal.

What a horrible experience.

What a horrible experience.

First off, what dealership does not have a loaner program, when you drop off your car there for a service department? Even when you dropped 22,500 on the car from them initially. Strike 1.

Strike 2. Never having calls answered. I was prepared to drop 800 dollars on new tires, but opted to go to a local place on Route 17, because my phone calls were never returned.

Strike 3. When I went to the local place, I was informed that I did not need new tires just yet. I can easily go another 6 months 7500 - 10,000 miles on my current tires.

If you know what is good for you, do not go to this service department. They will leave you with a horrid taste in your mouth, and each of them need to go to a form of training on how to interact with the customer.

Consider the 1 star above a zero star as the post button is not enabled unless I give at least 1 star. Never had such bad experience at Honda. I was shopping for my second car this Independence day week and was yet to decide if to go for a CPO or a new one. I went to the dealership with my wife and kid to try out few of the CPO CRVs and new ones. I approached for help and one of the guy just directed me to the lot lazily ("with evidently no interest ") and said he will come in 10 mins. We short listed few of the cars to test drive and was waiting for this guy in the sun - hottest day of the year with my toddler and wife for more than 45 mins. He never showed up and we went back inside and saw this guy walking in front of us and did not even ask anything as if we never met . I was asking for the store manager and they were kind of - "we don't know if he is here or where he sits and why do you need meet him?". "Great customer service Honda" - that too for prospective customer who always was Honda loyal - not any more only due to this bad experience at DCH PARAMUS HONDA. I was surprised by attitude of the sales folks here. Honda - you lost a loyal customer and hopefully many more. I was also talking to another customer at the same dealership and he was also having a similar story for the day. Somehow I felt that Honda is over confident now about their sales and customer base. I was planning to buy a new second car and also trade in my old car for a CPO car - you lost me there. I dint even feel like going to any other Honda dealership and called up a Nissan dealer for the first time. The Nissan guy was like super helpful and he was ready with 3 cars cranked and cooled up on that hot day waiting for us at the door. I test drove 4 cars in like 20 mins and finalized on one and took it home the same day. I am planning to trade in my Honda for a new Nissan soon. Adios Honda~~~ Bonjour Nissan!!! "Customer service is always the king". Print it in bold red and stick it all over your store. It might help.

I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Marc Garcia made sure my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of. His customer service skills were out of this world. He was extremely professional And with everything going on with Covid he was super sanitary and clean. I appreciated how he showed me exactly what each function of the car meant and how he called for a follow up two days later to make sure everything was ok! I ve never experienced this type of service at any other dealership Thank you so much Marc for helping me with my 2020 civic sport I love it so much and thank you for being a phenomenal salesman. I recentely went to DCH Paramus Honda on April 6th to see if I could lease a 2019 Honda HRV Sport because I was having problems with my 2006 Acura and I just knew it was time to get rid of it. Diego was Phenomenal . He was very patient he listened to my concerns and my needs he was able to get me a good price on my trade in to be honest I wasn't even expecitng so much for it and he also helped me to stay in my budget I got the red HRV sport and I am loving every bit of it. This is the second Honda I have purchased through Hamad Deeb at DCH. All I can say is this was the easiest purchase ever!! I went in on Tuesday and drove my car home on Wednesday. Excellent customer service! Quick, efficient and I left with what I wanted. Jason Cohen excellent as well. I will be back next year for a CRV. I am a very satisfied and happy customer. 5 stars+++ Pleasure doing business with DCH. Honestly!! Girls behind the counter very pleasant as well!!
