Seemed nice enough. Clean facility. Staff was friendly. I went to look at a used vehicle they had listed. Went to take it for a test drive. It was out on a drive when I got there. Waited a few minutes and when it got back I took it out with the sales associate. Got back from the drive sat down to make an offer. When the associated went to get the offer approved he came back to say the previous test driver already bought the car. That sucked, but was not their fault. Kind of rubbed salt in the wound when I got home and their automate e-mail system sent me an e-mail with the car that was bought from under me, but that just shows their automated system could be updated better :-) Would check them out again if I came across something I was interested in.

This place is a pathetic joke, to put it lightly. I bought my car here over a year ago and have had the worst experience with everyone that I have ever spoken with at the dealership. The first problem I had was with the audio system in the car which was very poorly designed and makes no sense. I have about 100 GB of music on my iPod classic and computer and was unable to utilize any of the car s audio features (other than Bluetooth) to play said music. My salesperson somehow had zero clue as to why the iPod feature didn't work so my next option was to try to move all of the music onto a 120 GB flash drive, which was not cheap. This did not work at all either and when I consulted the service department I met with some cocky young guy who was wearing a tie and turquoise shirt for some reason and he told me that the reason the flash drive wasn t working was because I needed to rename all of my music files. How exactly he correlated the flash drive not working with renaming all of my music files I will never know. It seems that he (like the salesperson) had no product knowledge whatsoever and even less knowledge about technology. From here I was forced to return the flash drive and instead purchase a microSD card for my phone and then use Bluetooth to play music which has since been working relatively flawlessly. Why Honda did not just put a simple AUX input into the car baffles me, but that is beside the point.
My next problems with DCH stem from attempting to cancel all of the extra features that come with new car purchases (lo-jack, window engraving, dent protection, lifetime oil changes, etc.). I was stupid enough to be duped into buying them by the salesperson and now I gravely regret it. My finance associate was Jerrod Hurley, whom I told that I wanted to cancel everything EXCEPT the lifetime oil changes. I had to call him every single day for weeks on end and then tried calling his cell phone (which he never picked up) before he attempted to respond to me. I told him in all of my many voicemails that I wished to cancel all of the extra features EXCEPT the lifetime oil changes. I probably called him a total of 30 times, and he didn't pick up once. Finally he responded to one of my calls to his personal cell phone and told me that I would have to come in and sign the paperwork cancelling all of the extra features. I should have read what I was signing because it included cancelling the lifetime oil changes and Jerrod did not tell me this even though I had told him multiple times earlier that I did NOT want to cancel the lifetime oil changes. I was not aware that I cancelled it and actually brought my car in for one of these free oil changes. It was pretty quick and painless but I thought it was rude that the people in the service department decided to change the radio station in my car to Hot 97. I don t really see the need to change my radio station to such trash seeing as how short of a period of time an oil change takes but I guess I shouldn t split hairs. It just seemed like a slap in the face after having gone through so much trouble since purchasing the vehicle. I told the person behind the service desk that I had unlimited oil changes and this individual seemed to concur and I did not have to pay anything. Fast forward several months and I brought my car in for its second oil change. For some reason it took over 3 hours and then when it was all said and done I was informed by the service guy behind the desk that I do not have lifetime oil changes. When I told him I did he told me to talk to my salesperson. My salesperson then showed me a piece of paper verifying that I canceled it last year, when I canceled all of my other features. He said the free oil change I got from DCH must have been an oversight on their part. Haha. When I asked if it could be reinstated he said that he would definitely call me on Monday and figure it out with their third party billing vendor. I have never heard from him since and I will never do business with DCH again, as they are beyond incompetent and lazy.

Came into DCH Paramus after our vehicle was deemed a total loss. Upon arrival Adolfo greeted us with open arms. I will be honest I was not looking forward to start from the beginning with the new car purchasing process; but Adolfo s calm and nurturing demeanor made sitting down and discussing our options effortless. He listened to all our wants, concerns, and needs (financially and socially). Please if you are looking for a salesman you can trust; go see Adolfo!

He listened to her concerns, answered her questions, and explained the updated technology in the 2017 Honda Civic so that she could understand. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Having said that all the credit goes to Paul Park I have purchased for myself as well as my children over 8 vehicles as well as sent many many people to Paul and all have come away with the same results, fair, friendly, helpful and never make you feel like you are getting taken as many car dealers can. Paul even goes as far as delivering the car as I am at least 50 miles away. I pass numerous dealerships to get there but it is a great and easy experience so that makes it all good.

This place got pretty interesting after it grew. They have a lot of people available to help and an excellent showroom, but it feels a bit like a meat market because of all the sales people there. Coffee machine is excellent, though! Want more of a private service? Try another spot. Ok with being around lots of people? This place will be right up your alley.

I was shopping for a CR-V and decided to entertain the idea of a Certified Pre-Owned. I inspected a 2015 (VIN: 5J6RM4H56FL011377 STOCK: PH70277A Mileage: 14163) and looked under the hood. I found oil residue that had been flung from the serpentine belt. I had the service manager come out and look at it and he agreed to put it up on a rack to do a more thorough investigation to its source. While it was up I found some mild seepage around the front main seal, but even worse, the rear main oil seal on the engine had been leaking and oil residue was all over the rear of the engine block and the transmission. It would be something I'd expect on a car with closer to 200k or on a diesel engine.

I questioned their certified pre-owned inspection process right to their faces. Neither the service manager or the assistance service manager had anything to say. I then spoke with the used car team leader CJ Slitas and questioned their inspection process again. He became extremely defensive and asked me flat out, "Are you going to buy the car or not?" I told him "Hell no." When I asked for his card he wouldn't give it to me unless I gave him mine. I called and reported the incident directly to Honda.

This is exactly why I like to check a dealership's certified pre-owned vehicles before making the decision on buying new. You get to know the true nature of the dealership.

I am leaving a review not to bash the dealership but to share my experience on the place. I went to the dealership because I was interested on a used black 2010 Toyota corolla that they had. I was sent to a salesman who showed me the car and told me the details on the car which I was okay with. We negotiated a price and the car was sold. I went to make my payment with another guy and then I was told that within the week or in a couple of days the car would be ready. Please keep in mind this was going to be my first car and my first experience at a dealership. So the day comes to pick up the car and I came on a march night like around 7pm maybe 7:30pm to pick up the car because my sales rep Tony told me the car was ready. So I go pick up the car and was given the keys and all the temporary paper works. So then I am on my way to my new used car and let me please include that I was also accompanied by the brother because he wanted to see the car I had just purchased... We got outside to start up the car and welp the car did not start... So now I'm a little scared, ticked off and upset that the car I had just bought did not start up... A lot of questions started coming to mind and my first concern was, did I just go to the wrong dealership and just screw myself over.???.. Nevertheless I went inside and called my sales rep Tony and told him that my car did not want to start. Tony checked the car and saw that it needed a jump start because the battery died... and now my question was ... does this dealership do these kind of things to other peoples cars because this is ridiculous and insane. So Tony starts up the car and says to let it run for like 10-15 minutes... then he saids he has to go because he is going to test drive a car with his cousin...???? in my head I'm like sir you sold me a car with a messed up battery and are going to leave me here outside in the cold with my battery which is not working.....and he does exactly that... Tony leaves... Mind you my brother was furious at the lack of service and more because he was thinking of buy his Acura 2018 from this dealership and after seeing how my sales rep treated me my brother ended up buying his Acura from another dealership. Further into my story I let the car run for a few minutes and went inside to speak to Tonys Manager and that is when I was able to get the attention and assistance that I needed. I even saw the guy that took my credit card payment and he was able to direct me to Tony's manager. Tony's manager then assisted me promptly and was able to take charge of my cars situation and was able to replace my battery. I honestly would say that if it wasn't for the manager taking charge I wouldn't recommend this place. My car also oddly also only brought one key and from my knowledge all cars bring at least two keys... A master key and the spare... I asked Tony about this and did not get a clear in detail explanation as to why I am being handed over only one key..... I looked up the cars manual as it did not bring one and the manual also shows two keys.... Again if it wasn't for the manager of Tony I wouldn't recommend this place....

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new Pilot at DCH Paramus, and that's because, Hamad Deeb made it so. First, I went to see a VW Atlas and a Kia Sorento at 2 other dealers, then I went to see the Honda Pilot last. I thought I was going to go in and leave with nothing, since there were no deals, and the other 2 dealers did have specials. Plus, I've heard from many that Pilots were expensive. With my 2nd child on the way I need the space but also a budget. I explained to, Hamad what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. He worked his magic with his, awesome, manager, Lenny and I left with a beautiful 2017 Pilot. I appreciate the 2 of them listening and delivering. Also, I probably drove Hamad a bit crazy, but he has the best sense of humor and even went out of his way to find me a big red bow so I can take a picture of it on my Pilot, which was a Christmas gift from my wonderful husband. I highly recommend DCH Paramas and Hamad Deeb.

The best place ever any and everyone that walks through the doors of DCH Paramus Honda needs to go talk to David Zuluaga. I purchased a Honda Civic Ex 2013 from route 23 Kia, which was my first car route Kia put me in a very very bad deal which I thought impossible to get out of. I was paying $533.69 a month for a 2013 Honda Civic which would have been $38,425.68 over a 72 month period.it was too much money for a car that old 7 months into the payments I called other Banks to refinance,and everyone said they couldn't because the car was just not worth it . Had that Honda for 7 months and none of the money was going toward the actual car payments,I was very stressed thought I'd never get out of that deal. I went to Honda David Zuluaga worked magic .got me out of that deal so now I'm with Honda bank I could log into the website see where my money's going and most important of all now I'm pushing a Honda Accord 2017 and my payments went form $533.69 a month for a 2013 Honda Civic Ex to $520 a month for a Honda Accord 2017,I'm paying less for a car of the year than I was .thanks to David Zuluaga im relived .I couldn't stress enough how much David Zuluaga and DCH Paramus Honda has helped me out this is the least I could do David Zuluaga is more than the person who sold me the car he literally saved my life i had so much grief with that other deal I thought I would never get out .I write this to help anyone I can so you guys don't go through what I went through with route 23 Kia . Remember to ask for David Zuluaga I vouch for him personally. I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Navigation and a 8 year bumper to bumper warranty with no deductible and received the best price than other dealers. I recommend Jenssy Diaz the salesman and Sales Manager Matt Hunziker who were outstanding, very polite, and helpful in showing me the ins and outs of my new vehicle. Recently leased a new 2015 Civic and a new 2015 CR'V. Our sales specialist, Stephen Berkowitz has an in-depth knowledge of the several Honda vehicles we looked and test drove. Stephen answered all our questions, was responsive to our inquiries and we were under the impression that Stephen truly wanted us to lease the right car for our needs at a fair and reasonable price. Stephen is a gifted salesperson and his sincerity is reassuring. My wife's Civic and my CR'V are the perfect vehicle for each of us. All repairs were made and sales manager offered free oil change for my trouble of multiple visits and inconvenience. The only thing I was taken aback by was that we discussed including Touch-up paint a couple times throughout the day, and then at the end of the day I was taken to the cashier to pay for it. This should DEFINITELY have been included as a good-faith gesture with my purchase.

The customer service at this dealership was refreshing. Dee Mustafa was the sales person I worked with and he was very knowledgable and easy to work with. He was not pushy and made sure I came away with a deal that worked with my budget. He saw the deal through all the way to the delivery of my plates. I went to Paramus Honda looking for a car in the $6000-7000 range which is usually a hard task when going to a dealer. Although, Hamad made the buying process as painless as could be. He gave me his undivided attention the entire time and was very courteous throughout the entire process. Then days later he called me to follow up to make sure everything was alright with my new 2012 Nissan Sentra. I definitely recommend Hamad to anybody going to DCH Paramus Honda.

I lease a car with Honda Paramus for my son, two years ago. Always take the car to maintenance in their facilities, this year since June AC doesn t work and since then car is been at our home not able to drive without it. Honda told us that piece will be take 3 weeks since then every week it s a different history, blaming each single department and still our car is not been fixed. Very disappointed the way they are treating the customer and we are paying the car without able to drive it. NOT Good at all

I call DCH Paramus Honda at 6:30 PM on Monday November 25, 2014. I gave Hamad my wish list to buy a Honda Accord. He called back 15 minutes later with the car I had requested, gave me the price, and explained the financing special. AT 7:30 PM the car was being prepared for delivery and we where on our way to the dealer. Upon arrival at 8:10 PM we were warmly greeted at the reception area and introduced to Hamad....it was like we were old friends. The paperwork process was a breeze as Hamad skillfully filled out the computerized forms as we chatted. Our insurance company was called and the temporary insurance card was arranged and e-mailed right to Hamad's desk computer. As soon as the last character was typed like magic Mike Ehirim appeared and took us to the financing office where he expertly explained the financing process and our extended warranty options. At 9:15 PM Hamad handed us the key to our new Accord and insisted, even know the dealer was officially closed and he had been there since 9:00 AM that morning, to go over every option in the car until he was satisfied that we knew the value we had purchased. He even paired the cell phones and showed us how to reset the tire pressure sensor.

I am so please we chose DCH Paramus Honda along with it's courteous employees and wonderful sales staff. Hamad made this my best car buying experience ever. He has superior product knowledge and is genuinely interested in providing a SUPER experience for his customers. At 10:00 PM I had to kick him out of the car and tell him to go home and remember about "Work Life Balance" !

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. I dont know how this business has so many accolades. I was given the run around on a certain used vehicle for 2 weeks now. Both in email and phone (I have the call log and emails to prove) between 5 separate sales associates and managers. They neglected to call me back when they said they would and would not respond to emails. It was as if they didnt even want to sell the car. Really gave me impression that it never even existed and they were using bait and switch tactics. They were even reluctant to take my money to hold the vehicle. When they finally did take my card information for a deposit, they sold the car to another customer anyway! No one stands by their word and no one tried to fix their own mistakes.

Especially do not consider using this dealership if you are out of state, because it will truly be a nightmare. They continued to drop the ball and their customer service was bismal. They made it seem like it was my fault that their employees didn't know the dealership rules. I have never had a worst time with a dealership. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for a new or used car. I'd give no stars if that was an option, they dont even deserve one.

I had an excellent experience at this dealer. Everybody was very friendly and corteous. I was especially touched by the personalized service by salesman Hamad Deeb. He listened to my concerns to find out my needs and delivered them above my expectations. He even bough me and my friend lunch and allowed us to take over his cabin to eat in our privacy. When my phone battery was dying, he arranged for a charger for me. He explained the car features in detail and test drove with me until I became very comfortable with the new car. I am very happy with Hamaad, and I am definitely going to refer him to my friends and family.

Moved pretty close to DCH Honda, coming from NYC i assumed when i purchased my next Honda it would be there.. ill make this short, New Rochelle Honda, Yonkers Honda and Bronx Honda where I Ultimately purchased my 2017 Pilot, offered much better deals, especially Bronx Honda where I pay less than what i was expecting to pay including Honda care.. So if you are looking for a deal go elsewhere at least make sure u go ti multiple dealers no matter what they say...
