Had a flat did not want to go to a garage outside my area (Essex County) On any other day I would not have an objection about the wait time but today I was on schedule....to my surprise they understood totally and I was out of there in a timely fashion and Joseph "Joe" in the Service Department and his supervisor made sure I never felt like I waiting and forgotten
