I was very disappointed. I had a coupon for 15% off, except I forgot it at home. My rep, Natasha, said bring it with me when I came to pick up the car and to see her to apply it. Well, when I came to pick up my car she was gone for the day and no one knew about my discussion with her. I emailed her and she remembered me saying she would ask her manager about applying the coupon but then she never got back to me. I've emailed her frequently with no response. I've had other bad experiences with this Honda Dealership and poor customer service.
