Great location (right opposite the airport!). Very friendly staff! Decent rooms and you also have the opportunity to procure extra Starwood points by refusing daily room turns. Overall great hotel! Recommended!

Not worth the excessive amount of money that you have to give in order to stay at this hotel. Fake luxury. The food also is extremely expensive for it's quality. Overall not bad but definitely not worth paying a lot for

It is located just across the small road from the airport so very convenient. There are signs in the airport marked "Airport Hotel" that you can follow. The service was good, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet as well so I slept good.

Quite expensive and in real need for a refreshment of rooms and facilities, but very close to the nice Brussels Airport. You are not dependend on the expensive breakfast also, because you can have a nice and cheaper one in the airport.

+ friendly service
+ food and drinks
+ peaceful
+ EXCELLENT wifi connection
+ well equipped meeting rooms

Cons:
- dirty carpet in the big hall with the elevators.

Overall:

Nice hotel, located opposite Brussels Airport, ideal if you need to take during rush hour your flight the next day. Recommended soon be online member of SPG and Marriott Bonvoy so you get better rate for the room. Mind you, it is certainly not the cheapest hotel.

This was one of the nicer hotels I ve stayed in. The location is not great except convenient for the airport. They had chocolate on the nightstands and my name was on the tv which was cool. It s a little hard to find the front entrance. The elevator views are amazing. The conference rooms were nice and worked well.

Very nice and clean hotel, with comfortable rooms and wonderful beds. It's located 2 minutes walking from airport and train station. The only negative point is that the restaurant is very expensive and there are not other options available in the neighborhood, a part the airport fast food.

Its location directly opposite the airport makes it ideal as bus and train stations are located below.. it really is only 15mins to the centre. The hotel itself is stylish with a great sense of space and luxury.

Nice bar /restaurant. Not very clear how to get a there but you can call the concierge and he will explain it to you. Veggie burger is OK but the pattie is rather dry without much taste so you need a lot of the sauce. Wine prices a bit high. Very nice staff.

A poor three-stars is best I could give here. The hotel is highly over-estimated in my opinion.

Location is great, just few steps away from the airport terminal, located in the middle of the airport itself. Its best feature seems restaurant and noise insulation from the runways.

Internal noise insulation does not exist. Busy mornings in the corridors won't let you sleep.

Some of the rooms have windows towards atrium. From the other ones, view is not great anyway.

TV set is large, but the choice of channels is limited and not interesting unless you want to watch news in English or Putin's propaganda on Russia Today channel. No European channels other than few French, German and Italian.

Telephone services stupidly expensive with completely unreasonable prices differentiation across Europe (for example 0.50 per minute to Czechia and 1.50 per minute to Poland).

Nice and friendly reception stuff, very professional. Good conference facilities. Good connection to the city by train/taxi/bus. Late checkout paid 10 per hour.

Smoking area just at the main door resulting with unpleasant experience when entering the hotel.

Room size okay. Furniture visibly used. Would recommend a major renovation. Room equipped with iron, ironing desk and trausers ironing feature.

Had issue with electronic key for the room.

Long corridors in the floors. Too soft carpets (yes!), hard to walk with wheeled suitcase if heavy. Room maids can be found all day long. Decent bathroom with bathtub but little space for own cosmetics.

Perfect location if you don t need to leave the airport. Very friendly and professional staff. The only negative is only one restaurant, and it is a bit expensive, in my opinion. True, they offered a free welcome drink.

Hotel ideally located in front of Brussels Airport.
It offers perfect soundproofing rooms, the latter being spacious and having a very comfortable bed.
Great idea to have installed in the rooms an alarm clock with 2 sockets 220V, 2 sockets USB2 and a USB C.

The quality of a customer service is measured in the way of managing the concerns when they present themselves, listening, and the sincere search for solutions. And here it is dramatic! Due to an entry error, my booking dates were incorrect. Immediately contacted, the reservation service of the hotel did not want to know anything. They charge me the full cost of the reservation. No human consideration, no listening, no empathy. A dehumanized factory where the customer is not a person but a line on a schedule! What a negative emotion and what a disappointment!

Friendly and helpful staff. Really close to the airport. Somewhat expensive breakfast, bet the airport isn t better for that. A relaxing spot for an early flight or relaxed sitting and relax after luggage dropoff.

Awesome place to stay multiple days...with great v...

Awesome place to stay multiple days...with great view of airfield with excellent service. Could not hear the flights at all.Had to checkin at 2am and staff was available and helpful.

The restaurant might help to add some veggie options

Very good hotel, 1 walk from the main entrance of the Departures.
Comfortable clean rooms, with very large beds and perfect mattress with Perfect sound insulation!
I expected the breakfast to be better .. very good quality but with a small variety ..
