Had an appointment 10:45am for a routine check out...

Had an appointment 10:45am for a routine check out and the guy told me that I had to wait 2 hours before someone gets to my car. So, I told them what was the point to have an appointment if I had to wait two hours. The guy told, well I can't check your car two hours from now. Like, really how messed up is that. Rather take the car to any other place, rather than there. Plus, they over charge you for simple stuff.
