We had the most horrible experience at Planet Honda whilst looking to buy a new Honda CRV. As we got there, having already made appointment beforehand, we were met by Alex (female), who passed us on to a sales person Cliff. He took us to the car and as soon as we got to the car, he asked us how much we were willing to pay for it. How can you decide without even having had a chance to see the price sticker on the car! Neither did he try to tell us anything about the features.

After 10 mins of trying to dodge the question abt quoting a price, we finally asked if we could test drive it. He then passed us off to a newly recruited teenager and told us we could only take it on to the side street. (At other places on route 22, we were able to test drive on route 22 itself. ) After coming back, Cliff took us inside and said so how much do you want to pay for the car? We asked if they had any special promotions, but he only said we should stand by our "figures" and only then can he go to his manager and see if he can get us that price. He never told us about any specials, nothing. So never going back to Planet Honda again.

We immediately left, and went to Route 22 Honda, from where we purchased our car from a very nice salesman who addressed all our concerns, showed us all features and never pushed us into buying the car.

My mother recently bought a Honda Pilot from here and I must admit that I appreciate the patience of a few salespeople and management here. Antonio our salesperson, Margret our finance manager, and Kero the sales manager were all incredibly helpful and dedicated. They have some of the best values and service in the area.

Cheap people, will never buy any car again from Planet Honda again

I leased 2017 Honda CIVIC last year and while doing paper work finance manager Romney Corvalan gave me another product called Lease shield protection and he explained it will cover like door dent hit by other car door in parking/windshield damage by stones etc in $737.50 for 2 years. But when my windshield got hit by stone recently and I went for repair, these fellow told it can t be repaired and it won t be covered in protection plan. Same happened for door dent as well, they are saying pent has also gone so it will not covered. By the time I realized my $737.50 money went in vain it was too late but still I went to get this plan cancelled so that a least I will not feel cheated for remaining lease term. This Saturday I visited Plant Honda to cancel this protection plan and ask to arrange mitting with Finance guys then one guy (might be his name is Luise) told they don t do cancellation on Saturday and I need to come on Monday to Friday between 9 to 5, such as disgusting people without any kind of self-respect and fall to lowest level to cheat people for few hundreds.
My Lease is expiring in few months and I will never buy any car from Planet Honda again.

Very smooth experience with Frederick (and Shae) for the sales!! We had a plan to visit 3-4 dealers the same day but ended up here for the pleasant conversation and a great deal. It is definitely not the dealership stereotype that I had heard or experienced before. Very refreshing and very smooth. No little tricks back and forth, only straightforward and to-the-point discussion. We had planned a long day but came home fairly early, with the new car surprised my mechanic neighbor! During my recent visit at Planet Honda, I had the pleasure of meeting Alfonso. I went in the dealership with the intention of "just looking" until I found a car that fit my overall needs (look, price, mileage). I promised myself that if the salesperson seemed "too pushy" I would take my business elsewhere. Luckily for me, Alfonso made my car buying experience a great one. He was friendly and genuinely cared more about fulfilling my personal wants and needs in my car selection and less about his personal gain from the sale. My husband and I were searching for a family car and went to several dealers before visiting Planet Honda. The vendors at the other dealers were very pushy and insistant but once we came to Planet Honda it was a whole different feel. The salesman that attended us (Romney Corvalan) was very down to earth and was not pushy at all. I was actually the one pushing my husband to say yes to the Honda Pilot that was shown to us. The salesman also spoke Spanish which was a plus. My husband prefers to be spoken to in Spanish and while doing paperwork, Romney spoke to us in both English and Spanish so we could both understand 100%. Overall, we had a great experience at Planet Honda and would recommend them to anyone. Service is good, prices ARE good and you will leave the dealership very satisfied.

Went to look at a Honda Fit, car was just not for me. Aside from the car, our salesman was basically a newbie with 4-6 months of experience, was being monitored by a trainer, and in the end we were given an offer that was downright awful--invoice showed to me came with nearly $2,000 in MANDATORY add-on's like "Appearance Package" and other ridiculous items.

As if all of that isn't bad enough, that's not even why I am choosing to write this review. Like all car dealers, Planet Honda Followed up with me several times to ask if we were interested in a vehicle. First time, I told them I was considering, but would get back to them; second time I told them that I was strongly considering another model; they called a third time and I told them I had already purchased a car.

It's been about 3 months since that third phone call, and I receive at least one call every 4 days from these "professional sales people" they because don't understand how to take leads out of the lead list in their CRM system. I have received about 12-14 calls from this dealer, and they've left about 6 voicemails, and during one of those calls I actually picked up and asked very nicely that I did not want to be contact again... What do you know, 5 days later another phone call.

Not only do they sell vehicles at god-awful prices, but they clearly don't know how to treat customers.

I can say Honda planet is the best especially Mr kaleem one of the best salesman. I will recommend all my friends to buy from Honda planet and will kindly recommend Mr kaleem wyne one of the best!!!!!!!!!!

When I went into Planet Honda I thought it was just another sales rep trying to make every penny he could off me. Wally was the sweetest, most professional, respectful car salesmen I have ever encountered. I used to work at a car dealership and Planet Honda was an entire different animal. The staff was there for my every need and they did it with smiles. (not fake ones either). If you go there ask for Wally!! My experience was great at Planet Honda, I was not planning on purchasing or leasing a car but to just browse around to see my opinions. The sale consultant Agustin showed me the different type of cars that they can offer me on what I wanted to pay a month. Basically he has amazing customer service, helpful, knowledgeable about the car he sells. That same exact day I left with a 2013 Honda Civic I am very happy with the car that I am leasing, Hopefully when I go back there in 3 years when my lease is over that Agustin is still there to be my sales consultant.

A very pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. Planet Honda stepped up when I had already made a deal somewhere else but had an issue with the car at the last minute. Planet Honda quickly approved a matching deal over the phone even though I was unable to get to them for a few days they kept the car and the deal for me. Additionally the were flexible with me about when I could actually leave with the car and helped me get out of a current lease a month early. Stephen was responsive to my emails and texts and was very efficient and courteous having all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. A very nice showroom, warm and friendly staff, a professional atmosphere and of course most importantly a fair deal on my new Honda. Highly recommended.

I recently bought my New 2016 Honda Civic from Planet Honda, and had a great deal on it. Sales Rep Erick Flores made sure that he gives me the deal I was happy/and interested in. He even gave me the 'Floor Mat' deal that i was asking for (I just recently picked it up when I went to get my License Plate) . Since My brother is the one who referred me to Planet Honda, 'Erick Flores' made sure that my brother gets the referral bonus which he said, we will get it in the mail soon, so thanks to Erick for all his help and even few weeks after he still follow up to ensure everything's going great with the new vehicle. There great, never had a problem with them, and if you need an oil change get there very early in the morning, try to be the first one there and they'll still see you even if you don't have an appointment; in and out in about 30 minutes and you get a free cup of coffee with service.

I had the pleasure yesterday of leasing a new vehicle from Planet Honda and the transaction turned out great. As with any big purchase there will be some stress, but the crew over at planet Honda made the process a pleasure. I told them my budget and they made the deal happen. I come from a large family and I have a nephew in the business. My nephew called the dealership and spoke with the manager, Frankie, who kept his word and honored all that he said he would and more. I am very happy with my new vehicle. I have now had the SUV for a day and there are a couple things I would like them to take care of for me (extras). I don't anticipate a problem as they were a very friendly bunch and thus far have been quite upstanding. I sent Ryan, my salesman, a text and he has already answered with a "Come on by and we will take care of it!".

Planet Honda made buying a car a very smooth process. The staff is extremely professional while also demonstrating great patience. Out of all the dealers I ve went to in New Jersey they definitely had the best customer service. Next time you want to buy a vehicle have Samy be your consultant and Romney set you off.

Last week I visited Planet Honda when my lease was up. I previously had a civic and wanted something similar but with a bit of an upgrade. I worked with Ivan Zarama and Ali to create my perfect car and couldn t be happier! They were both extremely attentive and worked hard to make sure my best interests were in mind when choosing my next lease. I love my car, 2014 Civic EX, and would absolutely recommend working with both of these employees. Go to Planet Honda and ask for Ivan and Ali!

Nothing but a bunch of con artist! And all these reviews are written by the staff who force customers to give them a 5 star review. Most of the reviews are written by the staff. My experience was terrible and they try and stick with all these rediculous fees. I ve leased cars my whole driving lifetime.. and this is by far the worst experience. I currently have a Acura RDX which I purchased at Acura Ramsey.( fantastic staff) and the prices for lease this placed wanted was out of this world.my luxury Acura is cheaper and the down payment was cheaper than what they were asking for a pilot. I will be reporting them to Honda Corp.

After getting into a very traumatic car accident two months before my lease was going to be up, I was concerned about how I was going to get around. My parents and I have financed three cars in the past four years, and we have no complaints. This year, we financed an Accord 2016, and we're very happy with our deal! Our salesman was Muhamed, he was very honest and transparent when he was selling us the car. Our sales consultant was Romney Corvalan, very nice guy! He offered us an Oil special that we didn't like so much at first, but we realized that it was a genuine and money-saving deal! Needless to say, if you want to finance a car and save money, go to not other dealer than Planet Honda! Make sure that you get Muhamed as the salesman, and Romney Corvalan as the sales consultant.

Poor service center. Took almost 3hrs just to get oil change done after having an appointment. Never going to come back. Dealer always short staff on service center.. Waste of time..

These people conned my wife who is sick with cancer out of 300 bucks hoping to get more out of her then when they realized they couldn't con anymore money from her told her she had bad credit and the bank wouldn't approve a loan. The sales man even went as far as to say his sister had cancer so he was sympathetic which after careful research we discovered was s lie. He has an English accent be careful here they are sharks.
