I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Marc Garcia made sure my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of. His customer service skills were out of this world. He was extremely professional And with everything going on with Covid he was super sanitary and clean. I appreciated how he showed me exactly what each function of the car meant and how he called for a follow up two days later to make sure everything was ok! I ve never experienced this type of service at any other dealership Thank you so much Marc for helping me with my 2020 civic sport I love it so much and thank you for being a phenomenal salesman.
