Honda s got a great line of cars released this year and from an outstanding sales rep in David Kim and also other staffs that have also been open to hear out my requests and budget! :) go to DCH Paramus Honda!!

This is the first time I write a review for anyone, ever. I want to thank David Zuluaga for going out of his way to make sure I got the car that I wanted within my price range. Going from a Civic LX to a HR-V Sport, I m super happy with my decision. David was very understanding, honest and kept in touch with me for about 4 weeks to make this happen. After initially not finding the car I wanted for the price I wanted, he kept me in mind and called me up 4 weeks later, when a new program was offered that listed the HR-V at a price I was happy with and could afford. After everything was done, Sami, explained all the car features to me. He was really nice and helpful as well. And this all happened just in time for Christmas so it was the perfect gift! I highly recommend David if you re looking to get a new car! Happy Holidays!

Go there for oil change , always tell you to change thing that you already take care your own , sometimes oil change done already in my car and they don't tell you nothing about it

I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership ship. Must say their customer service in their parts and service department is absolutely awful. From January of 2020 I'm still waiting for a call that the part that has been order supposedly three times from Japan has been received and sent back. Since last winter with both kids in the car I've had to drive with factory defective windshield level handle. I'm still waiting for them to call me they received the part, I give up on them.

Dealership that will take care of you. Willing to negotiate and meet your offering needs. Do your research and know what you want when you go in.

Awful Service Dept. My 2014 Civic after less then a year had major problems with both a delay in Lane Watch Camera, Radio, and TPMS. Dropped off at 8AM. They do not offer loaners, just a silly shuttle. They've had my car all day (it's 3pm as I write this...) and they still are not done. and I'm still car less. Huge inconvience. As the "number one Honda dealer" in New Jersey; I would expect a courtesy car especially when you drop almost 25K on a car.

The sales end wasn't terrible although I was there for hours. But service dept. is awful.

I gave it 5 stars, because I went to buy the car of my dreams and the seller who attended me (ADOLFO) took great care of me, and I work hard to get the best price on the market. I felt very comfortable at DCH Paramus Honda, the purchase of my vehicle was excellent, I definitely recommend it.

Just had my second leasing experience with DCH Honda. Worked with John Medrano and I really need to rave about the customer service I received. I came in unsure of whether I wanted to finance or lease again and he worked to really help me get an idea of the numbers on both sides and exhausted all options on the finance side before I decided to lease. I never felt like I was being sold to; I could tell he really wanted to make sure I was excited about the car I was choosing. He kept the limits I gave him in mind and didn't try to sell me on something he knew I didn't need or want just to pad his commission. I felt extremely comfortable working with him throughout the process and in the days since. He made sure to answer any questions I had about all aspects of my car- even how to change the time on the clock. It's easy to tell when you're working with someone who likes people, who likes talking to people and working with them. The team at DCH is clearly made up of those types of people.

I was able to go into Paramus Honda and buy a brand new car and drive home with in 4 hours. My salesman was Kadir Karr. He is very knowledgeable and was awesome to work with. I feel like I am in a space ship with all the new safety enhancements.

Paramus Honda is the place to go! The service advisors such as Frankie Sanchez, the manager and technicians are all well qualified and are great people to work with. They will guarantee you amazing service and will make sure everything is working well with your vehicle. I have been coming here for about 8 yrs now, I wouldn t choose any other place to go. The purchase process was the most comfortable we have experienced and we are completely satisfied. My family purchased a CR-V here in 2002 , so when it came time to think about purchasing a new one, we decided to start here. Having not even consciously been planning on buying a car, we walked in to look and walked out with the paperwork for a new CR-V. Hamad Deeb and his colleagues treated us with respect and made the process as painless and comfortable as a process like this could be. Even at pickup, Hamad made sure we knew the ins and outs of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. We wholeheartedly recomment Hamad and DCH Paramus Honda.

I went to this dealership exactly a month ago and I must say I'm thankful I didn't go anyplace else. It was my first time buying a certified pre-owned car and I needed an SUV that could handle the tough roads in the tri-state area. I was introduced by a friend to Omar Colon who took the time and effort to keep me informed not just of my new purchase but also everything that came with the benefits of being part of the honda family. I wish I could've been a part of it sooner! He helped me understand the difference between leasing and financing as well as all the percs that comes from buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. Till this day he checks up on me and my experience with the vehicle and thats something no other dealer or seller could compare. The human connection is what can make or break the business and I must say as long as salesmen like Omar are around there is hope! Everything was on paper and he explained to me all the costs without the fine print jargon. No pressure to buy and he helped me find the best deal under my current budget! I feel safe and comfortable knowing that I can come back for my future purchases and any maintenance needs!

I walked in there and told him i was refusing to leave without a new car and he literally sat with me for hours making sure i got the exact car i wanted at such an affordable price! He was in touch consistently after to make sure the car was great and he let me know immediately when my plates came :) He was amazing!

Worst experience ever! They dont care about their customers at all. They make you wait for hours for each step of the process of leasing a car. We went during covid and about one third of the employees weren't even wearing masks! You just wrote back giving the main number but NO CONTACT NAME Who should I ask for?

First time buyer! Jerry Vargas is the man, did his best with negotiating for me to walk out with my brand new whip. Long but smooth experience, I definitely recommend!!!

While my previous experience with this dealers repair department was not great, I have to say that as of today, they fully corrected the situation. I had previously brought my 03 Civic in because the heat was not working when idling. They recommended replacing the radiator, which was done, but about a month after the repair, it became apparent this did not rectify the problem.

I went back to the service department and saw Mike D. the service department manager, and explained the situation. He apologized for the car not being fixed the first time, and then gave me a personal guarantee that he would get it fixed. Because of a lot of troubleshooting and diligence on the part of Mike's team the system is now working like new. While I wish they had gotten it right the first time, they did eventually fix the problem. I will continue to use this service department for my car repairs.

UPDATE ON 11/25/16
Just completed a thorough service on my 'new' 13 Honda Civic, with Service Advisor Danny Turbides. He gave me an excellent explanation of what service/maintenance I needed and really didn't need on a relatively new car. These guys really know Hondas!

This was a great experience! I had just come from another dealership and was feeling completely overwhelmed. Kamal Snaif and the team and DCH Paramus really listened to my needs and concerns about purchasing a vehicle, and they made sure I left with something that was in my best interest. Every time I get in my car, I am so excited and happy to be driving it - Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I have leased 2 vehicles from DCH Honda in the last six years each time working with Lou Saadeh and Aron Varela. My family situation will be changing drastically in September, triplets on the way! and we realized we were in need of a more accomodating car. We already have a Chrysler T&C and our first thought was to go to Chrysler and trade up to the new Pacifica. We were cautious about dealing with them as we have had horrible experiences with their service dept. in the past. We met with a salesperson on an early Saturday morning and they were just as bad as the service department. We walked out very disappointed. A few days later, I went to another Chrysler dealership and I got the same run around. I was even promised a follow up call that I never got. At that point I felt our best bet was to see if DCH Honda would allow me to trade in my 2014 Honda Accord for an Odysey. After speaking with Aron and Lou, we came up with a great deal and I am very happy to say we have a 2016 Odysey. Aron is without a doubt the best Sales Person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The same goes for Lou. They are the reason I keep going back to DCH Paramus Honda and I would recommend them to all my friends and family,

Sometimes, it is the person's personality selling the car that will convince the buyer to buy the car, not the place, nor the price tag of the car. Just renewed my lease and got the sleek 2018 Honda Civic. Jenssy worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. Honest, no gimmicks it was a pleasure to work with him. I drove a new car home in 3 hours total. That's really quick and we did a lot of work. The dealership is incredible and huge with a great deal of cars in stock. Need your car serviced the shuttle will take you to the mall and even home and pick you up. After working with finance manager who also was well prepared and made process easy. Laura Santos prepared my car and once I was ready to take it home she showed me some features that are new and was very knowledgeable and sweet. I absolutely love this dealership bc they really are customer oriented and on the ball. My mom was at another dealership last week for 7 hours she wasn't happy. At dch everyone work's hard, and smiles and helps. Go you won't regret it.

WATCH OUT BEFORE YOU BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I leased a brand new 2015 Honda Odyssey from DCH Paramus Honda in January 2015. Within 2 weeks the car started having ignition problems. Car wouldn't start most of the time. I would go somewhere and would be stuck there trying to start my car. I call my sales person Sam Park to tell him about the problems and he tells me there's nothing he can do after the sale is complete. I went to a local Honda Service center and the mechanic tell me that this car has history of problems on record. Again, i call my salesman Sam to tell him about this and again he ignores it. The service here sucks. They sell me a car with history of problems as NEW and doesn't take care of it after the sales. I've been trying to get in touch with General Manager at DCH Honda but i haven't been able to get hold of him nor do they return my calls. My brand new 2 week old car is not starting and i can't even use it. I haven't been able to drop off my kids at school and been taking public transportation to work for few days now. I understand that new items can have problems. But the problem here is that DCH Paramus is trying to ignore the situation. They have very poor customer service. They just want your money and sell cars. They don't care if you have any problems with your car. They will also NOT tell you if the brand new car you're purchasing has history of problems. So make sure you check the car's history before you purchase or lease a BRAND NEW CAR. Now i will be submitting a formal complaint to Honda America Corporate office.

I went to buy a car at DCH PARAMUS HONDA in the last week of June. I was around 6 pm. I met a salesman standing outside to my demise I went with him. From the first hour with this guy I knew something wasn't wrong he was not knowledgeable and he appears highly annoyed when asked about questions with regards to pricing.I selected a car. Before I signed I wanted to know what I am signing for . I asked him to explained the paperwork. He asked me to sign the paper and his sales manager will explain everything in detail to me.Before that I was just curious and asked him about the pricing difference between least and purchase before I know it he prepared lease paperwork and was giving me to sign. I explained to him that I ONLY want to know the difference. He responded I know and by the time I realized he went for his manager to have me sign lease paperwork. I had to make it known I again that I dint want to lease a car .I was only asking to see if that option is better than buying. Things started to get suspicious when the salesman brought me a displayed paper saying the car doesn't have a warrantee. and it is as is, I asked him about that when I first saw the car he told me that it has 90 day warrantee. He then proceed to tell me that it doesn't mean anything but I should still sign on the paper that said no warranted as is. I refused he said OK. When I went to sign the paper with the manager as the last step he explained what I asked instead he spend the entire time convincing me I had a good deal.I was under the impression that the services he was telling me about came with the car. I dint know they were unauthorized ad on for thousands of dollars. I left the dealership after 10pm. The car want cleaned as promised.I called and instead of telling me the detail center was closed at such late hour of the nigh the manager and sales person told me it was done. I know for a fact that it wast because the same spots on the passenger seat I saw when I looked in the car was still there when I brought it home. I couldn't inspect the car then when I bought it because it was after 10 pm. The sales person confirmed that the car would be detailed when I purchase the car. I got a voicemail message from the manager three days after I purchased the car. He told me that he got the bank to lower my monthly payment by $5 and I need to come to the dealership and sign the paperwork. On the voicemail message is confirm that the papers would be the same as the one I signed when I purchase the car. I was going to work so I stopped by on a Saturday and signed the papers.I went home and looked at the papers some of them were the exact papers I signed before but I also had other a one or two extra documents. I called the manager and he didn't addressed the fact that he knowingly deceived me into signing for a $1700 bill that I don't need. As if that wasn't enough he called me two days later and left another message saying that I should come and sign the exact papers as he got my monthly payment lower AGAIN, this time I didn't respond to the message and I had no intentions of going to sign any papers. I was deceived and the thought of him thinking I would return to sign paper, this time he probably would have added another miscellaneous charges for two thousand dollars. This care purchase is such a nightmare. I called the manager just for some insights I asked if I could pay off the car in two months. He told me that Capital one the bank will not allow me to pay off the car loan until after 6 payments. In august when I made my first payment via telephone I called the bank to confirm they said no such thing. In fact when I created an account online I was given the OPTION TO PAY OFF MY LOAN IMMEDIATELY. Saturday I wanted to pay off my car loan I had a $6000 balance I called the service department to verify that my down payment of $5000 for car will be credited towards the loans and reflect my true balance. When I called they told me that the $5000 went towards taxes ,but where is the balance. I will not stop seeking answer.

It was a GREAT experience, the seller DENNIS ESTRADA was very kind and professional in the whole process, always answering all our questions, he speaks Spanish and English. Likewise, his Manager looked for the way to design a package where I could feel comfortable paying the monthly payments of the car. If you go there ask for the seller DENNIS ESTRADA. He will give you all the recommendations according to your needs and will look for a solution through his Maneger to your problem.

Shop around first and do a little homework and then visit this dealer because chances are that you will be purchasing or leasing your car from them. The entire staff was respectful, professional and very attentive to our needs. The sales staff negotiated honestly and openly, and we arrived at a good deal on a 2018 CRV. The finance staff made closing the deal easy. Afterwards the delivery staff clearly explained all the car s features. Kudos to Chong Lee, Hamad Deeb, Liz Vargas and John Medrano for making the experience as pain free as possible.

Kadir helped us out a lot. He made every step as simple as possible and even fixed a small scratch that was on the pre-owned car we were interested in. We were never pressured into buying anything extra that we didn't need.

DCH Paramus plays too many games as do most other dealerships . I'm so glad we shopped around because we found 4 Honda dealerships with way lower prices on our new Honda Ridgeline RTL T . Saved over $120 each month on what they offered us lol. It's sad my wife knew more about the truck then our assigned salesperson who I won't name because he seemed innocent enough but was definitely being coached up by his supervisors I guess. If I had to count I would say over 20 different times we were lied to , misled or misinformed all deliberately In an attempt to get us to purchase the vehicle . We were presented three different times with a price sheet and all three times they tried adding more and more fees . We told the manager our credit was 750+ but still they insisted on estimating her loan at 6.9%. They sent us a detailed price quote with an out the door price including taxes title dmv doc fees and all but of course when we show up they make up fees that were never disclosed . That's fraudulent misadvertisement . Our time is important to us and we work hard and don't get off many days and dealers definitely prey on that fact and it's just disheartening to be perpetually lied to or misled to your face :( it hurts. Makes you feel dumb and insults your intellegence . I love Hondas products. Also any one of these issues I will be more then happy to expound upon . I am not exaggerating or misrepresenting our experience here. I actually own a business in the area who used to buy parts from DCH Honda and now they lost a parts customer as well. Garden state Honda for whatever reason was able to get me the same truck for thousands less plus a 100k 84 months bumper to bumper warranty. DCH estimated $570 a month with 7k down. I said my wife had to be at $450 a month they said I would need 15k down . Garden state got us 435 a month for the same 7k down payment. so this is my experience with DCH . They are in Paramus on route 17 in Bergen county and think because there in an affluent area people Are willing to pay more for their cars. Trust me I help every family member and friend buy their new cars and I always try DCH and only once leased a red si coupe 2013 cuz that person did not care about price

Dch Honda of paramus is by far the best dealer ship hands down. All the staff is hands on and very quick and efficient with the work they do, and the customer service the provide. Also my sales associate Ramon crespo does his job very well. Definitely gonna refer some friends and family to him!

Can't express how grateful I am for the team at DCH Honda! I was limited on time and worked with Kim via email to figure out a deal I was comfortable with. I'm not new to Paramus Honda, I purchased a 2007 CRV an purchased from Kadir an in 2007 found him to be sincere salesman no push very laid back an knowledgeable of the vehicles options . Steven in the service department has always helped me with my service an warranty issue . So when it came time to buy another vehicle we went in an purchased it from Kadir. Yo all I gotta say is Dennis Estrada is the man you want to talk to if you need a car!! I went in there with a solid research on the car but wanted but there was insurance info I wasn t aware of and Dennis helped me understand. You could tell he wasn t strictly focused on selling a car which was the selling point for me. We had a very good experience with the DCH Paramus Honda. We were there last Saturday. We spent there all day, but it was worth because we came back home with a new car. My first opinion was the positive. Unfortunately, I have to change it. After a short time it turned out that the staff not quite know what they say and if they are not sure they should not give of incorrect information. Before signing a contract they say anything to you just to sign and later you're on your own. Very unprofessional behavior.
