There no point in making a appointment.I was told it could take more than one hour for a oil change, they had a lot ppl in front of me.i made a appointment. I was told that it doesn't matter I made a appointment. it first come, first served. I made a appointment for 715am and they had one person in express service and they had 3 employers just standing around. after 20 mins of waiting they finally did something. I always come here for servicing and I will take my business else where. this is the last time I will use this Honda dealership for servicing. I bought my car here also and this is how they treat a customer. incredibly poor service
