Consider the 1 star above a zero star as the post button is not enabled unless I give at least 1 star. Never had such bad experience at Honda. I was shopping for my second car this Independence day week and was yet to decide if to go for a CPO or a new one. I went to the dealership with my wife and kid to try out few of the CPO CRVs and new ones. I approached for help and one of the guy just directed me to the lot lazily ("with evidently no interest ") and said he will come in 10 mins. We short listed few of the cars to test drive and was waiting for this guy in the sun - hottest day of the year with my toddler and wife for more than 45 mins. He never showed up and we went back inside and saw this guy walking in front of us and did not even ask anything as if we never met . I was asking for the store manager and they were kind of - "we don't know if he is here or where he sits and why do you need meet him?". "Great customer service Honda" - that too for prospective customer who always was Honda loyal - not any more only due to this bad experience at DCH PARAMUS HONDA. I was surprised by attitude of the sales folks here. Honda - you lost a loyal customer and hopefully many more. I was also talking to another customer at the same dealership and he was also having a similar story for the day. Somehow I felt that Honda is over confident now about their sales and customer base. I was planning to buy a new second car and also trade in my old car for a CPO car - you lost me there. I dint even feel like going to any other Honda dealership and called up a Nissan dealer for the first time. The Nissan guy was like super helpful and he was ready with 3 cars cranked and cooled up on that hot day waiting for us at the door. I test drove 4 cars in like 20 mins and finalized on one and took it home the same day. I am planning to trade in my Honda for a new Nissan soon. Adios Honda~~~ Bonjour Nissan!!! "Customer service is always the king". Print it in bold red and stick it all over your store. It might help.
