We went to DCH in Paramus this past weekend, we previously bought a Civic there in 2009. This time we were helped by Natalie Paulino, she was very patient and helpful, she showed us several vehicles since we were undecided between
an Accord and a CR-V, she's knowledgeable about different options and trims also the nitty gritty engine and mechanical stuff, she impressed my husband
that tends to think only men knows about cars!

I had a good experience at DCH Paramus Honda, especially with Ahmed Zeidan. The dealership was well organized and they did not give me a hard time in trying to work with me on my budget. Ahmed was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made my experience of buying first less stressful. He helped me figure out my car insurance option as well by referring someone he trusted. Came in to buy my first car and left extremely happy. I had a great experience working with Dennis. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. I left the dealership with the car of my dreams paying a monthly price that fit my budget. It doesn't get better than that!
The experience that we had with them was awful. Very dishonest, unprofessional and rude service.
We bought a 2017 Honda Civic from there. The car started to have noises sometimes on left turns at around 10k miles. They never really looked into the issues and always told us to wait until the noises are obvious every time when we went back there. They said they would take care of this issue even when it is out of warranty. They made a note for this issue at around 35k miles. But the fact is they disavow everything later.
We were given a quote about $1000 including tax to fix that issue (replace two Axles). And then was given $160 off (just because of the note they made they really couldn't disavow). We denied their "offer" and would never go back there again.
Also to replace one passenger side rim, they provided us a quote of $3637.62.
Please be very careful with this dealer. They are not that professional like what they described at all.

I have to say I had such a wonderful experience here. Juan was absolutely amazing !! He made my time there getting my car serviced, through my warranty, such a breeze. He set up a rental vehicle as well and took care of everything I needed. I couldn t have been more happy with how I was treated . We walked around the showroom looking to buy an Odessy for about 40 minutes. Not one salesmen came to help us. The place was empty. I guess these guys don't work on commissions here.

Probably the worst service I have ever received at a dealership. The sales associate was friendly but my complaint was with the sales manager. He was annoyed that I was shopping around for the best deal. He stated I was wasting my time, I wouldn't find a better deal and he abruptly gave me a price and said we are done here. Well, you know what. I did find a better price and I am glad I shopped around.
Im done with the service department here. I have given them so many chances maybe im an idiot for buying another car here but i know better than to come here for service. But heres my story. I bought a honda accord 2007 from another dealership and serviced my car here. I did it for a long time things were very good. Only problem was it stopped, it got to the point where i came here early in the am when i had this one problem where it they couldn t figure the problem out. I came here a lot almost every week to get it straightened out. Funny how i put alot of trust in service here. It got to the point where they conned me out of my car. They not only didn t tell me what the problem was but then they slammed me down with a bill after they waited weeks for everything to suddenly fail and then tell me. I took very good care of my 2007 but they told me that he power steering went, heat shield went, and they wanted new tires on the car. Keep in mind they couldn t bave told me till things fot worse when i brought it in the first few times i constantly brought it in. I ended up buying a new car bc it was cheaper to maintain from them. After that i never went back to service. Now i gave them one more chance today bc i service my own car now and i needed a rear view interior mirror so i bought the mirror. Only to find out it wont stay up i go back i talk to someone on the phone they tell me i needed a piece that i can buy to stick to the windshield. So i went to pay for it we talked got pretty much no where which was alright. Since i would have to apparently do an after market mirror i couldnt use my mirror that i bought i figured let me return the mirror. I was told that the manager was on vacation and that I couldn t return it. I told them keep it. I wasnt gonna fight. Ill be honest though thats not how you try and work with the customer. Your suppose to help them not burn them. Anyway i left and so in wrote this review because i would warn people to be more mindful of where you take your car. Its bad when you can t trust the service department where you bought your own car from.

I have bought several cars but I must say since they built more buildings they have become very greedy. There service has become very lax. Go in for a oil change and and by the time you leave you need a loan to pay for what they say you need which I have found to be not true. very disappointed.

I had taken my Honda in for service at another Honda dealership. I immediately left because the service rep who was assisting me was not sensitive to my needs as a customer. Mind you-- all I wanted was general answers, all of which were answered with " I don't know." Dejected, I made an appointment at DCH Paramus. I took my car in for it's scheduled appointment and was immediately greeted by the valet. See, customer service is very important to me and when you greet me when I arrive, I feel like a valued customer.
When I was directed to the service rep (Natasha) I was again feeling good about my visit. She immediately greeted me and asked about my day, none of which was necessary, but very welcome. I adivsed her of what I needed and she processed me and I went off about my day. About 20 min later I received, a text message from Natasha stating if I needed anything to text. Again, very welcomed.
A few hours later after my initial problem was diagnosed, she emailed me a detailed report of the issue, plus additional issues found...and called me to review the report item-by-item!! She explained which were the most important to fix and which was the most affordable. She called the warranty company to see what was covered and called me back to discuss what my options were.
I don't know if I will ever go to another service dept again. I so impressed with the level of personal care and service I received from the moment I dropped my car off until the time I left.

Ray Crespo has to be one of the best sales persons I ve had and this is my 5th vehicle. The guy is very knowledgeable on his Honda vehicle. We went on a test drive he activated that lane keep assist to show me how it works. Ray says let the wheel go! and watch the lane keep assist work. And sure enough that vehicle kept me in place. From internet to in-person interaction all our experiences were very positive. Jason via the internet was the only Honda online person (not sure he might be virtual) who gave follow-up pricing on cars we were interested in leasing. Alex Bernabe the salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even the evening front desk receptionist who remembered us from years ago came over to say hello.

The only downside, the intolerably long wait on the order of two hours to finalize paperwork with the finance dept. The management team did correct a pricing error when pointed out to them and refunded the overcharge. Very nice.

They asked if I had an apt for an oil change I said no. I asked how long is the wait I said 2 hours. I m like okay can I make an apt for 2 hours he s like no, you have to keep your car here. Mind you I am a physician and had patients to see at a near by hospital and he would not let me come back or make an appointment for 2 hours. So what was the point of him asking if I had an appointment initially ?
I would go to another dealership. Garden state Honda only 15 minutes from here was able to accommodate me in no time.

We went in to buy three cars, which is unusual. When we were "discussing" the price and they were willing to let us walk out so we knew we were getting a good deal so we bought the three HRVs. It didn't take hours, there was very little nonsense, and this is actually the second time we've used them. Bought our first Hondas there about 20 years ago.
