I just purchased a Honda Civic from DCH Paramus Honda dealership, I liked the car and I liked the service at the dealership especially from the salesman HAMAD DEEB, he's a professional salesman with positive and friendly attitude, highly recommended salesman I'm very satisfied with his service.

After DCH Paramus kept my daughter s FIT for 3 days , replacing many parts and billed over $2K, they did not even check AC. It stopped working today , one of the hottest days of the year. I asked for a Service Manager, but he didn t come to the phone, very sad to see their service
went down...

Buying a new car is an anxiety-filled challenge for me, but Jenssy & Laura made the entire experience easy, pleasant and actually fun. Jenssy has a calm, easy-going, warm and friendly personality that was exactly what my husband and I wanted; an aggressive sales pitch would have sent us out the door. When he asked us which other car we were considering, and we told him, he totally supported our research and was respectful of our decision-making. (If he had trashed our thoughts on a competitor, it would have been such a diss to us.) I thought that was so smart of him to be supportive. He actually increased our confidence that buying a Honda was the right choice.

When we bought a Prius years ago, the salesman couldn't find the oil gauge and that is the last anyone told us about how the car works. Laura, on the other hand, not only spent one & a half hours teaching us everything, but she laughed at my husband's jokes! She was informative, methodical, thorough and delightful.

We adore the car and part of that is because the people we dealt with at DchHonda were wonderful, and we highly recommend them.

The salesperson, Adolfo Marte, was incredible. Spent a lot of time with me in perfecting a mutually beneficial deal on the car I wanted, and made sure I left happy. Besides knowing his product line 100%, he was personable, professional, patient and efficient. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase or lease a Honda.

Visited DCH Paramus Honda once again to renew my lease. Sunil Patel took great care of my needs and guided me every step of the way with renewing my lease once again with them. Once that was done I had the pleasure of meeting Osvandy who took me to my new vehicle and gave me a personal lesson on all the technological equipment the new vehicle had. Even though the dealership was closed, he took his time to explain everything to us and asked us if we had any questions. This was a great experience overall with meeting Sunil and Osvandy who were both excellent in their field. I thank them once again for an overall great experience. I will definitely go back for all of my car needs. Thank you Sunil and Osvandy!!! You guys ROCK!!!!!

My husband and I finally made it into the dealership today to test drive the Odyssey amidst our super busy schedule. My current lease from another maker is up in August and I am really interested in leasing this minivan for my growing family. We were greeted by Stephen in the parking lot who was so personable from the start, which took away my apprehension being at a car dealership once again. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions with confidence. Unfortunately, we did not leave with a vehicle today due to time constraints and the need to test drive another vehicle before I made my final decision, but we will definitely be back in hopes that we can get a great offer and finally seal the deal!

UPDATE 6/17/16***
On the 14th, we finally signed a new lease and left with our 2016 Odyssey EX-L. Thanks to Stephen for his persistence on getting us the deal we wanted. Negotiating through email and getting the ball rolling by doing the credit application at home made it extremely convenient for my family and me.

I cannot believe I am saying this but we had the smoothest transaction we have ever had leasing/purchasing a vehicle. The staff was attentive and very patient, especially with my cranky toddler. Thank you, DCH Honda of Paramus!

Hamad Deeb was awesome. He wasn't pressuring us. Answered all the questions and helped us understand the whole process. This is my 3rd car, first one from Honda and it was the nicest experience buying a car so far.

Service is very friendly but almost always takes hours, no matter what u have to have done to your car. If u get stuck with a big tab for your service, they have always been willing to find you discounts somehow.

Alex Ramos was very helpful. He deserves a promotion.

We came here with my husband to look for a new vehicle for me. We were approached by Sales consultant Adolfo Marte. I would say that working with him was a pleasure and overall our best experience at the dealerships ever. He is professional, open, patient, attentive to our needs. Finally, we found the car we were looking. Would highly recommend this place and this particular consultant.

Worst car buying transaction in my entire life. Sold me a used car with a leaking gas tank and wouldn't do anything about it. Waited over a month and still waiting for the title. Will never purchase anything from DCH again!!

I had an amazing experience buying my first hard-earned car all thanks to Dhimitri Robo. He helped me from the beginning and was able to negotiate the best deal that works for my budget. He showed me everything I needed to know during my test drive and when I picked up my new 2016 Honda Accord EX-L, he helped me set up my phone to the car and showed me all of the technological features the car has. Dhimitri always answers when I need him and till now, he answers any call right away. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that goes to DCH Paramus Honda!

I walked into Paramus Honda and met Anwar Mansour. I was welcomed and treated the best by him. He is the best sales person that I have talked to!! He made everything happen and explained everything to details. He is very easygoing and an easy person to communicate and understand. He made my experience very easy and smooth. I had my 2001 Honda Civic for 11 years, it lasted me a very long time before it started giving me trouble...it was time for me to "upgrade". I decided to stick with Honda because of the overall positive experience I had with my 2001. I got the 2015 Honda Civic EX L from DCH Paramus. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, if someone saw you waiting or looking lost (no matter what position they were), they stopped to help out to even track down the person you were looking for. Jenssy was my sales rep and very friendly and helpful the entire process. You felt like you were talking to a person and not a salesman which always makes a big investment like buying a car less stressful. My mother and sister recently purchased new vehicles a week to a week and a half before I did from dealers other than Honda, and I already have my plates and registration before them, FAST! I would definitely recommend DCH Paramus Honda for your new Honda!

I went in looking for a 2016 Honda civic for my daughter , i walked in and was greeted by Dee . He helped me get exactly what i wanted, He was patient and knowledgeable but i was a little worried about my credit but they made it happen like the pros they are. This is our second Honda which we purchased from DCH Paramus. Both times Alex Barnabe helped us. Our first Honda was a lease and the second time we purchased a used Honda. Both times Alex was efficient and extremely helpful. Every step was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend him and the dealership highly.

This is the best place to have your car serviced. Terrance, our service advisor was excellent. Gilberto, our technician fixed noise on our steering wheel on the side that was very annoying. Very good service, technician precisely detected the problem and it was fixed accordingly.

My boyfriend and I went to DCH Honda in Paramus after reading great reviews on their sale reps. We went to to talk numbers and maybe test drive a Honda Accord. It was the 1st planned visit of 2, the second was a Toyota delearship. Having experienced car shopping a few times in the past, I must say this was a really unique and great experience. We all know how challenging the car buying experience can be and how pushy and aggressive salesman can be, but the experience at DCH was drastically different. Our sales rep Adolfo Marte saw us without an appointment and was unbelievably helpful, patient, and highly informative. Not only was he professional, but made sure we were comfortable with the approach we were taking. He spent a great deal of time explaining costs and payments as well as car features. He took the time to understand what our buying possibilities were and worked to find us what we could comfortably work with. We were never rushed to purchase and he continuously encouraged us to ask questions. In the end we purchased a great car, the Honda Touring, and we are very satisfied with our shopping experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to ask for Adolfo. Thank you so much for all your assistance. I couldn t have asked for a better and smooth experience.

The worst experience I ever had at a dealer. My girlfriend and I put in a email request for a price and a woman named Tiffany called us a quoted us $30,0xx for a 2019 crv ex-l. They asked us to come in, so we drove a half hour. The salesman we got- Alex Bernabe was so incompetent. We asked him for both options lease and finance to compare. First he tells us ALL computers were down and he couldn t give us a lease quote. Then he tells us he will give us the finance numbers. He tells us the price is $35k+ with all fees and we had to ask him 3x to break it down. He finally told us the sale price will be $32k which was sticker. At this point we tell him Tiffany told us the price would be $30k. He says oh I didn t know you were given a price already . Seems like a game. At that point we up and left. I wouldn t come here to get my new car. Wasted my time.

The sales team is super nice, understanding and go out of their way to bring a smile and bring happiness too. Such a blessing meeting the pre-owned sales team!!!

Best experience we've ever had leasing a vehicle! Our Sales Associate, Omer Seven, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Along with how knowledgeable and patient he is, Omer had a high level of professionalism and provided excellent customer service as well as going above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with getting the vehicle we wanted and at a great price!

I went to DCH Paramus on July 22 to buy a used Honda Accord. The service experience was decent, albeit slow (took about three hours from the moment we decided on a car until paperwork was done). I am happy with the car, at least for now (three weeks later). With that said, issues began as soon as I left the dealership.

1) During my discussion with the financing manager we discussed a HondaCare package. The dealership offered it for approximately $1,400. The manager claimed that I must get the package at the time of buying the car. I later find out that this is not the case -- I could have purchased a cheaper HondaCare package from another dealership.

2) I only received one car key. The salesperson who sold me the car claimed that he has another key, he just "can't find it right now". I later found out that there is no other key. The dealership offered to produce one for me, but that requires going to the dealership again during their 9-5pm business hours (so half a day off and half an hour in traffic each way).

3) The biggest issue began about 10 days after purchasing the car, as I was waiting for registration and paltes. The salesperson kept texting me asking for more documents, claiming that my driver's license is expired (it is not). Over a period of five days, I supplied the dealership with every possible document: passport, social security card, utility bill, pay stub, W-2, you name it. Despite these documents, on the afternoon of August 6 (Thursday) the dealership informed me that they are unwilling to complete my registration process, and that I will have to do it myself. When I tried to talk to a manager, he was impatient, refused to provide any information on why they wouldn't continue with the registration, and generally tried to wave me off by repeatedly saying that he doesn't know anything.

Unfortunately, my temporary plates expired on August 10 (Monday), which meant that 1) I had to drive to the dealership on the evening of Thursday 6 to get the title, 2) I had to go to the DMV on Friday 7 to get the registration done.

Throughout out interaction DCH Paramus has been slow and unprofessional. Evidently, they do not care about repeat customers -- they just want you to buy a car, leave, and hopefully never come back.

It was busy there, but I know how it can be at the time I could get there. Dennis Estrada was very helpful and got me as much information as he could. Jose Hernandez did as much as he could to help out with the loan but the car had too many miles, so the bank said no. It may be a little hectic, but I would recommend stopping in if you are looking for a Honda.

I purchased a new car this past week at DCH Paramus Honda. I worked with Hamad Deeb, who was one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have encountered. He knew every feature of the car I purchased and was very efficient and professional throughout the sales process. I highly recommend working with Hamad.

AMAZING experience from beginning to end. I started off looking online for a used vehicle because my credit isn't all that great. Lisa was an amazing help, she kept up with me and assured that they will be able to help me as long as I would make the time to go in. I kept telling her I didn't want to waste anyone's time, I had already been to 2 other dealerships and it just didn't go so well. She reassured me that there will be someone there to help me. I finally decided to go and was helped by Wael Yunes, Finance Manager. He was utterly amazing, he took the time to explain every single thing possible when taking a loan and the difference between financing a vehicle as well as leasing. He explained what I should expect and even how I could build up my credit. He also asked me what I was looking to spend a month on a vehicle, I told him my amount and he made it happen. He called me telling me he got a loan for me and I would be able to lease a 2015 car (while I was looking into a 2010 vehicle). He then referred me to Joseph England, Sales Consultant, who like everyone else was just amazing. He took the time to show me the vehicle before even signing the paperwork, drive it, feel comfortable and asked me if this is a car I could see myself in. Joseph has kept up with me in concern to my purchase, he has answered any question and concern I have ever had. When I was given the vehicle, Joseph took the time explain every single detail of the car. He followed up with me about 3 days later to see how everything was going and has still mentioned to me if I have any questions to not hesitate and give him a call.

This team definitely puts customers first, it's all about customer service and satisfaction.

I am very excited to say that I recently purchased my first car (a 2015 Honda Civic) at DCH Paramus Honda. Many times when you purchase a car you feel like all they see you as is another commission. Any time I go to a car dealership I feel like I need a shower afterwards! That was not the case at DCH. My mom and I were helped by Emily Martinez and Lenny Ramos. From the moment we met them both we were made to feel completely comfortable. It felt like we were buying a car from family! The purchase of a first car is such a big decision, and throughout the whole transaction Emily and Lenny were so sweet and understanding.
I had been torn between two different Civics at two different Honda dealerships. I spent one half of the day at one dealership and the other half at DCH. I was exhausted and couldn't think straight. I explained to Emily and Lenny that I felt I needed to go home and sleep on it. They were so understanding and they both encouraged me to take as much time as I needed. I left feeling no pressure at all! When my mom and I went home that evening, all we could think about was how much we loved Emily and Lenny. The next morning I was confident that I wanted to buy my first car from them. I called Emily and told her what my decision was. She was so happy for me, I knew I made the right choice :-)

Unfortunately we didn't end up buying our CRV here, through no fault of their own. What happened is that this dealership only sells AWD, and after some research it turned out we only need 2WD, which we bought yesterday at Norris Honda all the way in Maryland.

That said, Shenal is probably the best sales person I've encountered since I bought my first car 14 years ago. He was knowledgeable without being condescending, friendly without being fake, polite, honest, etc. He offered us a great deal on an AWD, and if he had had a 2WD for sure I would have bought it from him, no question.

I recently purchased a new 2018 CRV from DCH Paramus Honda. I loved my 2003 Honda Pilot, but at 204,000 miles it was time for a new car. So my decision to remain a loyal Honda driver was a sure thing. After researching dealers in the area, I chose DCH Paramus Honda based on positive reviews. I was not disappointed. My experience from the salesman Dennis Estrada to F&I manager Christian Graciano to the Delivery Specialists Sami and Brianna was amazing. Their professional and courteous treatment was so refreshing. You hear horror stories of pushy and rude salesmen, Dennis was the complete opposite. No question or request was ever ignored or considered too trivial by any of the above DCH Paramus Honda personnel. Thanks to them I am a proud and very satisfied Honda CRV owner.

This was the first time I ever bought a car. I picked this dealership using Edmunds: it offered the lowest price and it was the closest. The entire experience was low pressure; I got exactly the car I wanted for the price I wanted. John is a friendly sales rep. This is a great place to buy a car.

I went to DCH Paramus Honda to buy a car. I was recommended to Natalie Paulino to help me. Salesperson was very attentive. When was ready to move forward on the purchase she said she would would be right with me. 45 minutes later I found her talking to another buyer who walked in after me. I walked out and purchased a Toyota instead!

I recently came to DCH Honda Paramus as a returning customer to do a trade in with my 2018 Honda Accord to a 2019 Honda Accord and everything was a seamless process. Ray Crespo was my sales rep and he was very on point with everything. Most people dread going to the dealership because of the long wait time and hassle but that wasnt the case with him, everything was laid out for me before I arrived. I look forward to doing business with him in the future and will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

My husband and I went to DCH of Paramus on May 19th to return the lease my 2013 Honda Civic. I had a scheduled appointment at 7pm with Hamad Deeb; and, my husband and I were ready to lease another basic civic with power start to be installed. However, my husband and I obtained a great lease deal with all options- meaning the EX package. I was so pleased with my lease considering that I was ready for the basic Civic. The transactions with the salesman Deeb , the manager, and the closer was uneventful.
Again, all involved in getting my lease were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. This is our third lease with the same salesman. I would keep coming to this dealership.
