Due to an awkward at best internet sales to showroom sales hand-off, our car purchase was overall a time-consuming and disappointing experience. We made an appointment with the Dealership by phone to drive across the State to buy the Certified Pre-Owned Volt we'd been discussing. All good, except the salesman who took over the sale when we arrived new nothing about it. Then the car was delivered to us for test drive with a completely uncharged battery and a clearly damaged gasket around the hatch that would leak in rain. There was no charging cable in the trunk, but the salesman found a beat up box with one in it that was supposedly for the car. Once home, we tried to use it and found we'd been given a non-functioning charging cable.
Despite all, thankfully there were two rays of light in the whole process -- Joy in Finance and Jimmy, the Service Manager. They went of their ways to help us by working with the right people in the Dealership to get what we needed taken care of. Jimmy was able to order and mail us a new charging cable. Then, after much back and forth including photos showing water in the trunk following a rain, the Dealership agreed to replace the gasket. While it meant another trip across the State for the repair, the good news is the car is leak free and we love it.

I had a scheduled appointment to see a designated used vehicle at a specified time as I was located about 2 hours from the dealership. 2 hours prior to the appointment, I received a text to confirm that I was still coming. I confirmed and walked in about 3 minutes early. I was informed I would get VIP treatment from general manager Mike Brown who passed me on within 20 seconds to an unknown salesperson. He and I walked the grounds a couple times looking for my vehicle only to find out it had been sold the prior day. I exploded on Mr Brown and was assured I would get very aggressive pricing on any other vehicle available which I did not find to be true.
Mr Boniface was also present and standing about 10 feet from the confrontation. He elected not to say anything but he surely didn t have that sweet smile that you see on TV.
If there was a positive in my experience, the poor salesperson (Gio) did a great job in trying to pacify all parties involved. He was merely thrown into a hornets nest .

I continue to be very disappointed in the rusted wheel hubs and brake housings on my 2015 Traverse LTZ. Chevrolet evidently bought these from a lousy source when my vehicle was built. My vehicle is in PRISTINE condition and has been flawlessly maintained since I purchased it new in March 2015. The visual, when looking at my beautiful Chevy, is marred due to the unsightly and rusted wheel hubs and brake housings. Chevy should at least fix this.

I was reading the reviews and discovered you are honoring previous lifetiime oil changes from the previous owner, Rosner. I am one of those. In 2014 I purchased a 2008 Z06 Corvette. Eventually, when I need an oil change, I would like to continue with that.
I am on my second extended warranty. The first one I obtained through Rosner and the second through Rimrock Chevrolet in Laurel, Mt. I mention the warranties because Rosner never did any of the warranty repairs or discovered any issues that would be covered under warranty. After I purchased the vehicle there were some obvious issues. I am not a mechanic but I have been driving all kinds of vehicles for over 50 years and I can always tell if there is something wrong. They were all about charging me $99 to change a cabin air filter and reminding me of scheduled maintenance. I finally took the car to an authorized non dealer GM Repair Center. Within the warranty period the Repair Center found numerous Repair items that qualified as a warranty repair, including the car needing a new manual transmission. GM APPROVED ALL THE REPAIRS. The total bill, parts and labor was $15,000 +. My cost, the deductible was $50.00. It took a day for the Repair Center to find all these repair items covered under warranty and a week todo all the repairs. So why did Rosner fail to find these items, some very obvious. So who do you think I take my warranty repairs to?
People need to know that the Dealer is not the only place to go for warranty repairs. I am not trying to draw any type of equivalency to you and Rosner. I am saying that Repairs made by a Dealer should be better than any mechanic that a person can take their car to. It was the opposite with Rosner. You have a chance to be better, to raise Customer Service and Vehicle Maintenance and Repair to levels of excellence. From what I have read so far, there seems to be diligence. Never rest on your laurels, always ask "how can I make this process better, to give the Customer the best Service Experience possible".

My issue is our 2014 Suburban has a cracked dashboard and this is an issue GM is definitely aware of. Rosner Chevrolet refused to even consider helping us with this repair, yet everyday on a Facebook page dedicated to 07 to 14 GM trucks with cracked dashboards someone posts their dealer helped them with this issue that should have never occurred. GM has known about these dashboards since 2007 and still produced them until 2014? That's a crime! Sometimes as a dealership you have to do whats right not what benefits your bottom line. Needless to say, I now know everything I need to know about Rosner Chevrolet's values and will not purchase any of our future vehicles there.

I recently had my 2009 corvette shipped from storage in Ohio. There was an issue with the clutch so I brought it in for an evaluation. Jimmie A., the service manager who had only been with the dealership a few weeks, was extremely knowledgeable, identified various options, and scheduled an appointment to repair. Meanwhile, he noticed that there were a few "maintenance bulletins - recall notices" on this vehicle dealing with the passenger air bag, a potential fuel system problem, and lastly, an issue with the hydraulic clutch cylinder. The bottom line is that my clutch problem was fixed and the other issues were resolved. Since these were items covered by GM, these fixes were accomplished for the price of an oil change thanks to Jimmie's knowledge. Hiring individuals of this caliber will ensure the success of this dealership. On another note, I am considering the purchase of a 2019 Grand Sport. After discussing the fixes to my car, Jimmy took me over to the sales office and introduced me to Roman and we have begun the process of locating the car I want. Overall, an extremely positive experience thus far.

I dropped off my 2017 volt with multiple issues. I was worried because I know the electric cars are still uncommon, and usually only a few technicians can handle them.
I did not need to worry. I had Bobby as my service manager, and he got right on it. The technician was amazing; fast, super knowledgeable, and was able to quickly tie my multiple issues to the recall and Tex warranties as appropriate. They needed a back ordered part, and it turns out their service manager had stockpiled one for just such an emergency. I had a great experience and am truly impressed they got my car back to me in one day.

This is the worst experience that I have had at a dealership. Before I scheduled the appointment for my oil change I called twice to get a quote for the cost of the oil change and was told both times that it would be $50.00 + tax. When I get to the dealership for my oil change the quote changed from $50.00 to $51.95, this was not a huge issue but I was a bit confused since I was quoted $50.00 prior and signed a piece of paper saying that the price would not be more than $60.00 (not sure why this was even required for an oil change).
After the oil change was finished I am told that the cost is $63.00. I was very upset that I was lied to multiple times about the price and that the price was more than the maximum price that I agreed to. When I questioned why the price was more than I was quoted three times I was told it was because my car uses 8 quarts of oil not just the normal 5. This excuse was very weak since each of the people I talked to (including the service representative the day of the oil change) knew the make and model of my vehicle.
If a dealership cannot not quote a correct price for the most simple of routine maintenance procedures on a vehicle they are either very morally challenged or they do not know the business that they are in.
