Buyer beware. Don't buy from this dealership. They'll sell you a piece of junk with problems and not disclose it. Once the problems surface they won't do anything to fix it other than ignore all your calls.

I would love to give a good review but I simply can't. We bought our new 2016 Malibu and a few weeks later got a flat,that's when we notice no spare or jack( doesn't come w new car!)We weren't told this at purchase. So we tow it to same Chevy we bought it from, "sorry we can't help you" they left us standing there. We then had to tow it somewhere else.Now they no longer honor the lifetime oil change and I love how they don't tell you til you show up. I mean it's a great excuse to say " hey sorry we were bought out" and tell everyone how generous they were for even doing it this long. But that's just like me making up a poor excuse to not make anymore car payments now isn't it?

Just went there to check on a bulletin on my truck. I went to parts and they sent me to a advisor as I was waiting to line and their was a lady behind me, I ask her if she like to sit down while I ask him some question I spoke to Bobby service advisor, he told me i needed to bring it he and have it look over and I said I just need the bulletin . He told me it would take some time and he needed to,deal with lady that i just let sit down and not that she was ahead of me but he sure did but her ahead of me. That why I drive to Bob steel chevy

I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received on today. Clifford was extremely helpful and paid great attention to detail. My car was ready in less than an hour and a half. I am so excited to bring my car back in again for another check when the time comes due to the great customer service that I received. Thank you also to the service director Jimmie who was extremely mindful and prompt in picking me up using their shuttle service.

Their customer service in the repair shop sucks! I will tell everyone what horrible service was received!!! I had a warranty on my car and because the warranty company hadn't paid they wldnt release my car to me when I had nothing to do with that. They also kept telling me that the car wld b ready but everytime I talked to them it was pushed back a day. Was supposed to have been ready Friday and now it's Monday and STILL no car! Will NEVER go back again!!

The Service Manager did the test ride with me to determine the problem with my Corvette. He knew after a few miles down the road exactly what the problem was. We got back to the dealership, did a little paperwork, I was given a loaner car (which was very nice by the way) and the next day I was back in my own car (which they also washed for me). The car again drives like it was brand new. My experience was outstanding in dealing with the Service Department. I look forward to coming back if I ever have another problem with my Corvette.

I did go in and try to fix the problem before writing this review but apparently Saturday is for selling cars not fixing mistakes.

I went in with a preapproval and explained at least 20 times I was only buying a car from the bank I was with. I was offered that they could beat that rate and said now I only want my report ran through my bank an they assured me that it would only be my bank.

Next day I see 8 inquiries but yet I am still going with the bank I wanted. So they were ran for no reason after they guaranteed it would not be run anywhere else.

Feel like I am roadkill and they are the buzzards. At least get the staff looking like they are busy or something.

my experience with this dealership was horrible. yes we did walk away with a very nice used Ford but, the salesman were idiots, rude, and just overall lack of knowledge of the vehicle. I knew way more about the car than the guy who was selling it to me. then while getting financing they kept telling wrong information saying that certain people needed to be on the insurance after we had already paid for it, so they wanted us to go back and pay for it again to fix the issue and then they came and said never mind we were wrong. then when we went to finalize all the paper work the closing manager tried to force us to buy extended warranties and when we said no he basically acted like we were stupid for not paying an extra $100 a month for a crap warranty that we would most likely never need because the car we bought is in such great shape. so over all happy with my car but the people who work at this place are not to be trusted and should be avoided if at all possible.

All went well. The credit card machine didn't work, they knew I was in a hurry and they quickly found a solution. Corvette was pulled out for me, would have maybe preferred it sit in the shade instead of the sun for the 10 minutes I was waiting to check out.

After stopping by to talk about a new Malibu Hybrid, one of Rosner's newest sales associates, Aubrey, was excited to show the car. After a test drive and talking about the features and benefits of the hybrid, we ran the numbers. We got a super discount on the price of the car and a great price for our trade-in and the deal was done. Brian handled the financial end and it was the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Chevy is making some great cars nowadays and Rosner is exactly like the home town dealership you always wanted to buy your car from - warm, friendly, and motivated to get you in a Chevy. When I purchased my Truck I was promised free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle.
Now a new owner has taken over I was told they will no longer honor free oil changes unless you schedule their high price maintenance services.
In addition, my last oil change I was left with greasy finger prints on inside & outside of driver door, steering wheel & radio knob. It was a significant amount of grease too.

Sucked. Tried to add the pay off of my vehicle along with the pay off of my lease. When a Dealer buys a lease you only have to pay the difference between what they give you for your vehicle to meet the pay off amount. You don't pay off your lease because the pay off has been met. They wanted to add both to the cost of the car. I would not recommend them at all when buying a car.

He was so polite ,very businesslike and professional in his approach in getting us the 2021 Chevy trailblazer. He offered us a drink and went out and got us some snacks after being there for awhile. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and kindness.
Romann, Mike and Will went the extra mile to help us to leave with the Chevy Trailblazer a lovely vehicle of which we are now the proud owners. Thanks to the efforts of the staff who did a spectacular job.

This is a WARNING for all ladies and seniors looking for car repairs, service, or a new vehicle. I used to come to this dealership when it was owned by Rosner and Rathmon, however the service went downhill terribly since the new ownership. Warranty Forever is enticing however it is not worth it to be treated so bad

I went there to get the driver seat repaired. The electronic mechanism no longer works and the seat will no longer go forward. I emphasized this to Trevor when I brought in the car and told him to not allow the mechanics to push it back any further. After I paid the bill, I went to my car my car seat was all the way back . I could not reach the pedals in order to drive. I am still very angry at this, did the mechanic think this was funny? Because I am not laughing. This car is not safe to drive.
Then I was told that the part was discontinued and they couldn't do anything for me and will have to call junkyards. Ok fine. But how long do I have to wait? I have been waiting for these people to call me back for over 6 weeks now.

I decided to go and look at a new vehicle and test drive a vehicle or two. When I arrived the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was not available and so I was shown a brand new vehicle that was way out of my price range. When I told the sales person what my out the door price was I received an eye roll and he would get back with me as well. Again, I have not heard back from this person either.
The worst of this whole experience was while I was test driving the vehicle, my mother decided to go talk to the service manager about the seat and this person told my mother that it would cost her an extra $300 to look at the seat to determine what is wrong! What? I already paid for the diagnostic. I am beyond angry that this person was trying to cheat my mother out of more money to find out what we already knew was wrong with our car.

In order to safely drive my car I have to add a pillow and a bungee chord. This is so embarrassing. Oh . I found the part online and am taking my vehicle to a mechanic to fix the seat.

Ladies, if you need a vehicle or service on your vehicle. You may want to highly consider bringing a gentleman with you if y ou go to this dealership, or you may be taken advantage of

Heirs bought out company & made everyone money hungry paid 30k cash on a vehicle and my free oil change for life agreements is voided with new management. They triple charge you for the same diagnosis and don t even fix the problem . Back to bob steele I go .

After dealing with 3 other GM dealers on a satuday about trailer lights and power assisted brakes not working, and 2 out of the first 2 dealers telling me they couldn't help me, and the 3rd dealer trying to blame a "trailer battery fuse" as to why my stuff didn't work.....I traveled north to Melbourne, drove in explained and showed the problem to the service manager, they took my truck right in. 15min goes by and he comes and tells me it was all fixed, and when they were done washing my truck....I would be all done. The tech even came out with his tools, and showed me that everything was working properly. That alone showed me how much pride they have when it comes to customers.
They have now all my business when it comes to my GMC SIERRA 2500HD. They were awesome, even though I wasn't a happy camper when I arrived there.......I left there very very happy.

I was shopping for a pre-owned car online for my daughter. Saw that Boniface Hiers had taken over the Chevy dealership on Harbor City Bl. The next morning I was at the dealership where Brian Radcliff, Sales, greeted me like an old friend and eventually caught me side glancing the Corvettes. After a test drive and working the numbers, I drove away in a new, 2019 Corvette, thus realizing my lifelong dream of being in the rarefied air of Corvette ownership.
I returned the next day and bought my daughter an immaculate, pre-owned, low mileage car with Warranty Forever .
I also had the privilege to meet and chat with A.J. Hiers, a true gentleman, who shared some wonderful memories of his lifetime in the car business.

To start, we showed up @ 645 and they close at 7. No sales reps were available at first, so the finance manager, Brian Bartalot came out to help until a rep was free. He was quite cordial and more on Brian later. Clifford was our rep. Who took his time showing us the lot. Boniface had a lot of Trail Boss Silverados to choose from. We took a test drive and loved the truck. So much room in the back seat. . Clifford dug one out of the back and was quite gracious about it. All of this is about an hour after they closed. In spite of this we were not rushed. After another hour, We finally agreed on a price but it was Brian who closed the deal. He listened to our needs and met them, a nice change from the previous dealer in Cocoa. If you have ever bought a car, it can be quite arduous. My wife normally has major buyer s remorse; not for this purchase. Brian looked hard and deep to get the price where we needed it. Thanks to you guys, I have the truck of my dreams. I never thought I could own a truck as amazing as this Trail Boss. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Boniface!!

We've bought two vehicles from Boniface now and both times got great deals and excellent customer service. First car I bought out right, second vehicle we financed and they were able to get us an amazing deal. I also service my vehicle there and they always do a great job! I hate buying cars cause it's always such a stressful thing, but these guys make it so much better!
