The representative Adam was very professional and kind. He showed genuine concern over my issue and made sure everything was alright while I was waiting to be towed. As a woman, you always have to be concerned if you're going to be taken seriously at a dealership or what not. But he was professional and listened to my concerns about my vehicle. He explained my options and came up with a plan of attack to figure out what the issue is. I highly recommend this dealership
