I recently purchase a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport 1L...

I recently purchase a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport 1LT about a month ago from a dealership in TX and I noticed the car was pulling slightly to the right and also a slight vibration under the floorboard resonating from the engine compartment. I took the car to Boniface-Hiers and spoke to Bobby Sternberg (Service Advisor) who got me set up with an immediate Service Appointment. The Service Staff thoroughly went over the issues I described to them and addressed each one in a timely manner. When I was given the vehicle back, I can immediately feel a difference in the way the car drove and felt. The Boniface-Hiers Service Staff did and exceptional job and I'm totally grateful. Even the Courtesy Driver (Charles) who admitted my car when I dropped it off was very Professional. Thank you to all for what you do.

Perhaps the best car buying experience I've ever had. No drama, no pressure, just a very reasonable deal in a short amount of time. Car with the options I was looking for was located from another dealership and was available in a couple days. Jeff Goff did a great job working with me to ensure my requests were met and questions answered. All the staff were friendly and helpful. 5 stars.

Went to buy a 2020 suv and was putting cash down....suv said 30,000 ...after sitting down manager with tattoo sleeve on his arm jacked the price to $40,000 even tho it said 34,000 on their website.... The love to play games...id rather go to cocoa....little did they know we would have paid full cash for it thats what they get....very rude and bullies in my eyes....i should have read reviews before we went....

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I had a wonderful experience at the Kia dealership and that is the only reason I went here. Specifically told them not to run my credit with 10 different lenders but they did anyway. Finally approved me with $35,000. Down. Yes thirty five thousand dollars down. A truck that started at $69,900 but with rebates and discounts etc they got the price down to $51,600. I had to walk away. I didn't have the down payment. For that kind of money I could find a truck and pay cash for it. Shame on you AJHiers.

Our experience with Rosner was far above excellent. I had purchased my last car from them years ago but had never leased a vehicle before. Everyone there at Rosner made it such a pleasant experience that I have been very happy with my decision ever since. I am especially happy with the technician who helped us with leasing the car. Brian Swaney is his name. He has been exceptional. He has gone above and beyond to do everything he can to be of assistance. And he even took it upon himself to come help me out when I had to come back for a small service call. When he found out that I was there, he came over to the service area with me and not only worked with the technician to make things go faster but then took the time to go through the OnStar setup and after that took time to go over the features a second time to make sure that I knew how to use GooglePlay with my IPhone and other features that I can use with my new vehicle. And he had gone over everything when I was there the first time to take over possession of the car. My husband was also so impressed with the treatment we received that he took his mother and sister over a few days later to lease a car that we had seen when we were there getting mine. Rosner Chevrolet should be highly commended for their business style. They are a true asset to your company. We were treated immediately and shown to the lounge area. The lounge area had a TV, wifi and vending machines. There was a play area for kids which should have more comfortable chairs for parents. All the others chairs were comfortable except for the playroom chairs. We ended up spending close to 5 hours there. A few of the crew members stayed after hours on a Friday night to correct a frustrating issue.

Came to the dealership asked to see the Sales Manager Justin Jarek Came over to me. I told him I was looking for a Volt. He in turn introduced me to Michael Durkin. Michael told me he had one. So He bought it up to the front of the showroom entrance and we took a test drive. I was impressed with the car. So we started haggling over the price. We eventually came to an agreement on price and i purchased the car. I knew what i was looking for and what i would spend maximum. We came to an agreement I departed with my car about 4 hours later. It was a pretty easy sale all the way around. I was looking for an easy sale.

Had a rough start with my service from Boniface Hiers. Needing car repairs, and after taking the time to read their "About Us" page and google maps reviews, I opted this dealership over their competitors. I booked an appointment online for 7:30a, and had the vehicle towed to them at 7a. I called the service department and left voice mails x3 today (11:05a, 3:01p and 4:16p) trying to discuss my repair needs. The last voice msg was left for the service manager, Tim. I heard back from Tim near 5:30p, and agreed to the repairs. We picked the car up around noon the next day and have had no problems with the car since. (Apparently, they didn't look at the car until late in the day, so my 7:30a appointment was pointless.)

One star too many. We visited this place in hopes to find the right vehicle for us. Our 1st salesman, Justin, was very welcoming and friendly. We went on a test drive and then returned to the dealership. After we returned and once it was realized that we were interested in the vehicle. We were approached by the manager and another sales guy who was going to "take over" since the other one had an "appointment." We were asked at that time if we had a trade in. We said maybe, we weren't sure if we wanted to do that. Our new salesman was no where near as friendly as the first one. After spending time negotiating where he would leave the room and return several minutes later until we had what appeared to be an agreement. We even asked what we could get if anything for our trade in. They ended up low balling us with the amount of the trade in.. Then he left and his manager returned saying that the sales guy "didn't know what the customer wanted." At that point they no longer honored the price they agreed to and they tried to put the entire amount of our trade in pay off in the loan for the new vehicle. This brought the new balance several thousand dollars over MSRP. What an incredible waste of time.

My 2009 Silverado LTZ had a bad gas leak. Your mechanics found a badly rusted fuel tank and leaking fuel pump all of which needed replaced.
Adam Castle arranged to have the truck towed and kept me well informed of the repairs needed and the cost involved. Great job!

However I'm not at all happy with the Silverado. Just a few months ago my brakes went out in heavy traffic and I was able to avoid a wreck. I was only a few blocks from home and was able to creep back without incident. This was all due to a rusted brake line which your company repaired. Now the gas tank and fuel pump have rusted out. It seems GM knowingly has a huge problem with their cars and trucks rotting with rust from the ground up.

What I said about GM has no reflection on the service I received at Boniface-Hiers.

Yesterday my sister, Mary, decided she wanted to go car shopping and asked me to go with her. I told her the only one I would trust is Mike Durkin at AJ Hiers Chevrolet. He greeted us with an warm smile and a hello. I even got a bag of fresh popcorn! yum!! Mike asked Mary what kind of vehicle would fit her needs and what her budget was. He then showed us four vehicles for Mary to look at. He explained everything about these automobiles like he had personally owned them. Mary chose to test drive a 2018 Nissan Rogue. While driving this SUV, Mike explained all of the bells and whistles on this vehicle. Mary decided she wanted to buy this SUV and of course Mike worked his miracle to make the purchase happen. The whole transaction was VERY smooth and easy! I have to tell you, late last December, I personally purchased a vehicle in the northern part of Brevard County, at another dealership, where the service was so horrible that I lost faith in ever purchasing from a car salesperson/dealership again. Mike totally restored my faith with car dealerships! So when it's time for me to buy a newer vehicle, in the future, I will only go to Mike Durkin at AJ Hiers Chevrolet. The Parts Department is awesome. I called looking for a bolt for my oil pan for a 2003 silverado. I knew the bolt would be hard to find because it is metric and about 6 inches long. I was told to call the dealer when I was searching around town, so I did. The customer service rep. asked for the VIN and found the bolt in the system right away. He did not have it in stock. He then told me one of the other dealers had it and now I have it. Thanks a million Rosner.

Bought a used truck from them few miles after I left the lot engine light came on bad glow plugs and thermostat. Then I noticed the truck started smoking badly which I received a ticket for turned out to be bad injectors. Then I'm traveling threw North Carolina thinking I replaced everything bad on the truck stopped for a bit to eat truck won't start bad starter. Now I just took the truck to my local Chevy dealer they say my coverage covers non of the five things wrong with it and one of them bad tires which this dealership sold me on as new what con artists o ya I put about 4000 miles on the truck that's it. I have taken my car to Rathman/Rosner since 2008. My car is a lemon and have had nothing but problems with it. Have always got good service without problems but this past week I took my car in to have a faulty sun roof looked at............mind you it was recalled about the time I bought the car. No-one ever fixed it. Rosner told me they would take it and see what was wrong. They said my sunroof needed to be replaced, drains cleaned, seats taken out and carpet to dry inside of car out and electronics dried and special compound applied to connectors. I of course could not afford $1200-$1400 for a repair, so had to go get my car as GM Extended Warranty would not cover their defective sun roof.

When I went to get my car they couldn't find my keys, my seats, dashboard and headliner had greasy finger and hand prints all over the inside of my $48,000 Enclave Lemon. Thanks Rosner for ruining the inside of my luxury SUV and by the way I cleaned the drains in my sunroof, dried my car out myself. Saved myself another $1200 plus in service costs on a faulty GM vehicle. I will never, ever buy a GM car again. They do not stand behind their product!

Thanks again for getting grease all over the inside of my car.................left your tools in my car as well. In a hurry I guess!

I visited Rosner because my old car got totaled, and Tara took what could've been a terrible experience for me and turned it into a great one. The entire time I was working with her she was always looking out for my best interest, and I never once felt rushed in the process. She went above and beyond many times to help me out, including coming in on her day off, and assisting me with my rental car. There was a less expensive car at another dealership that I had considered, but I chose to go with this one because I wanted to work with Tara (and I'm glad that I did). She is amazing at what she does. Ask for Tara when you visit Rosner if you want a positive and personable experience!

My experience was great. I saw a truck on line and went to the dealership and the truck was nowhere to be found and thought to have been sold. The salesman helping me is named Romann and he worked his tail off trying to get me what I wanted. The truck that was thought to have been sold he found hiding in the shadows of the dealership and he didn't stop there. Romann continued to work hard with his co-workers to get what my wife and I wanted. At the end of the day we drove home in our brand new truck. We give 5 stars for their hard work and dedication to give what my wife and I wanted. Thank you guys so much.

I have not been at all happy with my experience! I have a new truck, still under warranty that is having transmission and engine issues. The service department tells me that GM has put out memos that both my issues are normal and to just deal with them. I m sorry but NO! A new vehicle does not have transmission and engine issues start up out of the blue and have them both be normal. I am extremely disappointed in both Chevy and GM. If both of these were known issues by GM I should have been told prior to purchasing my truck. These are both now huge safety concerns. I will never recommend Chevy or any other GM vehicle again.

Awful experiences. They've tried to sell me tires when I had gotten new tires just months before somewhere else. After I told them, they "double checked" they "realized" the ones I had were fine. Another visit they double charged me for a service, I pointed it out on the phone from home while waiting on the car (they send you a pdf of the receipt), and they had changed the line item when I had arrived and accused ME of changing the pdf they originally sent me. You talk to a service sales expert before a technician even looks at the car and they will try to pitch you hundreds of dollars of services before they even know what work is needed on your car or why you're even there. I will say that purchasing the car originally was just fine/wasn't painful... but the service department was what really did them in for me.
